Beautifully situated log cabin 10 minutes by car from the centre of Lillehammer. There is a short distance to the Birkebeineren ski stadium which has a large network of hiking trails. 15 minutes drive to Nordseter and about 20 minutes drive to Sjusjøen with great hiking trails and ski slopes. Hoppbakken is only 3 minutes drive from the cabin with great views of the city. 5 minutes by car to the nearest grocery store. For alpine skiing you have Hafjell which is 25 minutes away and Kvitfjell 1 hour away.

Simple cabin located 1100 meters above sea level in Valdres. It's at the top of the Kjølastølen hamlet and is perfect for one or two people who want a place to base for mountain activities. One room with sofa bed, table, kitchen counter with cooker. Heating with propane heater. The cabin has a sink with no running water, but it works for morning care etc with drains out of the cabin. The house is suitable for both adults and families with children. If you come to us, you can say hello to our 20 gentle alaska huskies. If we have availability, you can order a sleigh ride. We tailor short or long trips. Run your own dog sled! From us there is a short distance to the mountain. It's a 5 minute grocery store. It is about 15 minutes to Dombås and about 35 minutes to Bjorli. Both places have prepared ski tracks and alpine facilities. Bjorli has a climbing park.
