WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is in a fantastic location – surrounded by nature and perfect for hiking. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to use many great offers in the region. The apartment itself is well equipped, very tastefully decorated and offers fantastic views. Particularly noteworthy is the super friendly and helpful contact with Elisabeth – we felt completely comfortable from the beginning. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

Fantastic stay right on Lake Mattsee – highly recommended! We were very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful house on Lake Mattsee, and it was just fantastic. The location is unbeatable – right on the lake with breathtaking views that delight every morning. The place was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and superbly appointed so we didn't miss anything. Herbert welcomed us warmly and was an attentive, friendly host who was always available for questions. Thank you, Herbert, for this unforgettable holiday! We will be happy to come back.

We had a great holiday here! You feel immediately arrived and nothing is missing, everything is very clean and prepared with a lot of love, it doesn't get any better! The highlight is, of course, the large heated pool. The town of Rott was also the perfect starting point for many excursions in the area and you will find everything you need there as well as many beautiful restaurants. Great place! Super location, lake and several restaurants within walking distance. The place is superbly equipped! Everything you need and more is available in the apartment. The balcony is great, large and protected, even in the rain it's great! We had a fun time!

We had a great week in this beautiful apartment, the decor is modern and at the same time cozy, the reality corresponds to 100% of the pictures. Everything was very clean . The location is perfect for all sorts of excursions. You can be in the forest in 5 minutes and on a river/ small lake , in about 35 minutes uphill to Lake Wössen, which our dogs particularly liked. From the house you can start all kinds of walks/ hikes: along the Ache you can walk at ground level or up into the forest up to one of the numerous alpine pastures or viewpoints. The view from the panoramic window in the kitchen to the mountains/ meadow with cows is very beautiful and relaxing. The center of Unterwössen can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, a well-equipped new Edeka , bakery, etc. , you will also find some taverns, which were not all open daily in May. In summer, this certainly looks different. We felt very comfortable. Anja &Jérome are very nice hosts

Nicole and Ali welcomed us very kindly and familiarised us with the accommodation. There is a really nice garden with an enchanted-looking pond. Some of the goldfish have an extraordinary pattern. From the house, you can immediately go on a hike, there is no need for a longer journey. Even with the one rainy day at the end, we had a very nice time with Nicole, Ali and Cookie.

We had a great time and wonderful days at Daniela's "Gallery". We didn't miss anything, the location was good and it was super quiet! The beds were excellent and we felt very comfortable. Our two dogs were also welcome and we were able to go into the woods with them within 2 minutes!

Rarely experienced such nice and friendly hosts – including dog Fina! The apartment is ideal for two people and equipped with everything you need – nothing was missing. A special highlight is the large garden and the small terrace: it is wonderful to sit there in the middle of nature and let your gaze wander over the extensive, natural meadow behind the house!

We were guests of Petra and her husband from Friday to Sunday and felt right at home. Every wish was immediately fulfilled with a smile. We liked the small apartment very much, it was sufficient for us, very clean and accessible via the separate entrance, stairs. The location is awesome, it couldn't be better, a beer garden by the lake, what more could you want. The snacks and the delicious cakes are highly recommended. Many thanks for the relaxing stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Andrea's home, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The space was not only beautifully decorated but also impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to local attractions and amenities. I particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the lovely views from the windows. Andrea was a fantastic host, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Andrea's home. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I can’t wait to return!

The apartment met our expectations 100%. Even exceeded, there was a new coffee machine and the balcony overlooking the Kampenwand was simply wonderful. Fantastic surroundings with plenty of opportunities for beautiful activities. The Chiemsee is great, in good weather there are many bathing areas. We recommend the beach bar in Übersee. Bavarian tavern culture is available everywhere and delicious, and the staff are always super friendly, even when the place is buzzing. We recommend the Hirzinger (Alte Post). However, you are already dependent on the car to be able to graze as much as possible. For programming TV and channels, you could possibly provide a handout (for bad weather days). All in all, we had a great holiday and were overwhelmed by the mountains (as northern lights).

The place left nothing to be desired. The kitchen was super equipped and nothing was missing. The view is worth every cent - a feel-good oasis for large groups too! We felt very comfortable and enjoyed every minute! Communication with the host was also super uncomplicated! Highly recommended!

Everything as described, Stephanie responded very quickly and the apartment has a personal touch. The location is of course great. Check-in is in person and you don't just get a key code, which we like. Everything was also provided for our child. There were plenty of towels and a small basic equipment in the kitchen such as tea, coffee, oil, muesli and milk.

This was one of our best stays so far. The place offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the city,sunset views are mystical and must not be missed. The house was spacious, cozy and had all the required amenities. Cristina and Ernst were great hosts and made us super comfortable. They were quick in their responses and humble in their approach. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely want to visit here again. Thanks alot Cristina and Ernst :)

The stay in Seebruck is great. A very spacious living room with a nice sofa and dining table. Excellent small kitchen with dishwasher and kettle. There is also a coffee maker but we did not use it. The bed is firm but nice. The balcony is also nice to sit on, with of course the great view. We had ordered a linen package, duvet cover, towels and tea towels. What surprised us was that the bed was made. It was the first time we had booked something through Airbnb but with this experience certainly not the last time All in a nice experience

We felt very comfortable with Rainer. We were greeted super friendly and Rainer had some tips for us in Schliersee. If we had any questions, Rainer was always very quick to reach and actively supported us. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Schliersee, there are very nice walks and hiking trails in the area. The apartment is very quiet and also has a nice balcony. View of the garden, from which you can even see mountains. We will be back!

Beautiful accommodation, as described. We felt very comfortable. A view of the mountain is possible from one of the balconies. And even in bad weather, a stay in the apartment is cozy. Doris Sofie is a very nice hostess. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is well located for both hiking in the surrounding area and access into Innsbruck. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The private outdoor terrace had tremendous views and was south facing yet still secluded. Small, well appointed supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Overall I would highly recommend.

We felt comfortable in the accommodation and everything worked out great. Glad to come back!
