Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

You wanna leave Daily „Stress“? In our small bug Levels flattern in nice tön Seeon, not so far away from big Chiemsee and close to several smaller lakes, we would Like to welcome you. Our flat has a seperate entrance, is furnished quite new und Garden area can be alsobused incl some possibilities für children to play. Maritime ambience right on Lake Chiemsee! Our junior suite can be found in a small residential complex directly on the Seestrasse. From there you have a picture-book view of mountains and lake. AND sun all day!! The comfortable, lovingly furnished junior suite can comfortably accommodate 2 to max. 4 people and has a separate sleeping area. From the south balcony you have a direct view of the Chiemgau Alps, Lake Chiemsee and the Fraueninsel. The lake and swimming area are 20 meters away.

The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. Summer apartment - with a view of the countryside

Spacious apartment, centrally located but quiet between the town center and the lake. In addition to the ideal location, the apartment scores with family friendliness, new furnishings and great views of the countryside with balcony. Ideal for 4 adults or a family. We live in the house with two lovely dogs. On site, we collect the obligatory visitor's tax in cash: persons over 16 years of age: 2 euros per night. Children (6-15): 1 euro per night.

Enjoy your vacation in the circus wagon on our property. In front of the circus wagon there is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on your mood. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This is also within walking distance on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.
