Spacious 60 square meters, living room with open, fully equipped kitchen, offer space for 2-4 people. The dining area equipped for up to 4 people is next to the living area with a couch and armchairs and an additional reading corner by the fireplace. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, overlooking the beautiful garden.

Our beautiful official house is the former residence of the Duke of Oldenburg and is located in the back part of our estate, surrounded by greenery overlooking fields and meadows. The rooms are spacious and tastefully designed and even with many people you will always find your own retreat to breathe. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und doch in der Stadt. Es sind nur wenige Minuten zum Ostseestrand oder an den Hafen. Die zentrale Lage erlaubt es, alle Aktivitäten zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu tätigen. In der Saison 2026 gibt es einen Stadtbus den alle Gäste kostenlos nutzen können. Die Wohnung ist Allergiker geeignet.
