Here you can simply leave the stress of everyday life behind you. Switching off and recharging your batteries is the motto here. You will experience a dream vacation in our 5-star home newly opened in August 2022. Enjoy the coastal magic and the colorful hustle and bustle of the sun-drenched Baltic seaside resort on Fehmarnsund and see for the benefits of our beautiful apartment in a direct beach location. In addition to a cozy balcony overlooking the beach promenade, the pier and the sea, the spacious 3-room apartment also offers its own sauna as well as a Playstation 5 for uncomfortable days.

The sunny, light-flooded apartment "Scheunendiele" is located in a converted half-timbered barn with its own garden and sun terrace. Spacious 60 square meters, living room with open, fully equipped kitchen, offer space for 2-4 people. The dining area equipped for up to 4 people is next to the living area with a couch and armchairs and an additional reading corner by the fireplace. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, overlooking the beautiful garden.

Only 90 meters separate you from the fine-grained south beach! The proximity to the beach, the private terrace with lounge and gas grill, bright and Nordic-style rooms, spacious bedrooms with sea views, a bathtub and fast Wi-Fi guarantee great holidays in any weather - in summer even with your own beach chair! Home office is also possible in the cozy work corner. The shared garden offers space for children and dogs, and the shed has space for your bicycles.

The new exclusive houseboat "Souly" with its associated driver's license free motorboat offers you a total usable area of 75m2. The exceptionally beautiful floating vacation home has a living area of 36m2 and a 10m2 covered deck terrace. The 20m2 living and dining area with a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a comfortable sofa has panoramic windows on three sides. Adjacent are two cozy bedrooms with double beds and the fully equipped shower room with toilet.

Dear guests, our houseboat Sealoft offers space and optimal comfort for up to max. 6 vacationers and is equipped with two terraces, as well as a roof terrace. The boat includes: Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a bunk bed. Sofa bed for two in the living room. A shower room, as well as a separate toilet. A kitchen with all that's needed. Oversized window fronts, bright ambiance. Feel like you're right on the water. TV, DVD, Wi-Fi.

Good Pettluis - Vacation in the Mansion

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

Close to the Baltic Sea, we rent a cozy guest room in a separate bungalow in a quiet location in the heart of Neukirchen. In the room, among other things, a small kitchenette is integrated, A private bathroom with shower/toilet is also available. Linens, towels, Wi-Fi and parking are included. A terrace with its own beach chair & other seating in our well-kept garden invites you to linger. 2 bikes can be used if available.

Nestled in the heart of Ostholstein - in Lensahn - is our "Old Doctor's House." Our approx. 50 m² large, cozy two-room apartment "Country Garden" is located on the 2nd floor. The apartment in the English shabby mix impresses with the accents and details selected with love and care. In the furnished garden, which is available to all guests, you can end your beach day. Welcome to Mittelhof! Our apartment is about 80 m² and is located on the 2nd floor of our beautiful farmhouse. Our farm is located between Großenbrode and Heiligenhafen, both within walking distance. Sunsets can be enjoyed on the private 35 m² terrace or on the beach via the private path. Großenbrode & Heiligenhafen offer beautiful sandy beaches and great culinary offers. Your family, the Höpers
