Das Hausboot hat 2 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett(1,60 x 2,00), einen Wohnbereich mit einer Schlafcouch sowie einer Küche, einem separaten WC und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche. Insgesamt umfasst das Hausboot ca.125 qm Wohn-und Nutzfläche. Die Wohnfläche beträgt 50 qm; die großzüge Dachterrasse mit 65 qm lädt zum Chillen und Sonnen ein. Direkt an den Wohnbereich schließt sich eine 10 qm große Heckterrasse zum gemütlichen Sitzen an. Das "Hausboot Fehmarn" liegt im Hafen von Burgtiefe - seinem Heimathafen. Von hier sind es nur wenige Meter bis zum schönsten Strand der Insel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, zahlreiche Restaurants und diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten für jung und Junggebliebene lassen keine Wünsche zur Freizeitgestaltung offen. Zum Ortskern von Burg sind es ca. 4 km. Parkplätze für Ihren Pkw sind in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Für Familien gibt es jede Menge an Aktivitäten: z. B. Im August 2017 haben wir hier auf der Ostsee unsere Ehe besiegelt und so freut es uns riesig, dass wir nun knapp sechs Jahre später einen festen Ankerplatz gefunden haben. Wir lieben das Wasser und dichter dran als in der Marina kann man nun wirklich nicht kommen.
