Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be reserved, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes by foot. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Tiny house on the Baltic Sea

Mobile tiny house made of wood with 8 cm of sheep's wool insulation (biocide-free!). The interior is lovingly finished with plenty of plant-oiled wood for a healthy indoor climate and harmonious light. It features untreated larch wood panelling, five large windows that open outwards, running water, multimedia, a loft bed with good mattresses (2x90x200 cm) and slatted frames, a small refrigerator and stone slab heating with room temperature control.

Relax in a modernly furnished wooden house directly on the Baltic Sea. After the walk on the beach, jump under the garden shower in the wind-protected garden and then relax in the warm bathtub, listen to the seagulls, maybe go to the sauna again before you retreat to the lounge on the veranda or to the protected loggia to relax. My place is close to Heiligenhafen. You'll love my place because of its proximity to the sea, just 30 meters from the beach, but also because of the separate kitchen and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The relatively high daily rate for my place is due to from Airbnb's new pricing structure, which added their 15.5% service fee to the daily rate.
