We loved it here! Yt and all the staff are so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The place is beautiful and the food is really amazing. I would definately go back. But the best thing is the dogs, they are all great, but Guapo is super cool and my new best friend :)

This was a relaxing place in the countryside. There were many excellent walks. Jaap was very helpful and knowledgeable and even let my daughter brush the horses, which she loved. Definitely recommended!

The place was as described. Highly recommended is the breakfast, I didn't miss anything. I also really liked the pleasant reception at the beginning. Happily again...

Ingrid was very welcoming, and made us feel at home. She even provided a hose so we could wash our bikes before storing in the barn. This is a very peaceful location in the middle of a beautifully preserved village which is a sort of living museum. We would certainly stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay. Close to amenities. Close to bus stop. Good beds! Perfect kitchen. So you can go your own way.

Although we initially had concerns about sharing a house with the owner, this was quickly cleared out. Hanna is a very warm and accommodating host. Although not present upon our arrival, everything was very straightforward and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The room was very cozy and lovingly furnished, the room amenities were totally sufficient. Also the bathroom was very clean and modern. We highly recommend this place!

I stayed here with my girlfriend. I was a little skeptical in advance if I could sleep comfortably as I am quite tall (1.88m), but I slept wonderfully. The bed was good and there was still plenty of space. The only drawback is the church tower which is loud every hour, so I would bring earphones. Furthermore, the toilet building was neat, beautiful, spacious and very homely. You'll share it with a few others, but you won't experience any issues with that. Towels and soap/shampoo are provided. In the cottage you also have cutlery, cups, tea, coffee and water. Furthermore, we were surprised with apple juice and chocolate upon arrival. There is free Wi-Fi and even a TV with, among other things, Netflix. For the cold months, you can also use a fireplace. The day on, breakfast was prepared for us outside our cottage. There is enough and even enough for a lunch package to take. The hosts are very friendly, relaxed and thoughtful. We would definitely want to stay again.

Nice reception by nice hostess. Well-equipped and sparkling clean apartment. Rich breakfast. Good location, close to Groningen and Assen (for motorcycle racing fans). I'd love to come back.

We were completely delighted to stay in the "Vliegtuig". The small apartment is so individually and well equipped, Frederique such a friendly host and breakfast a dream. The apartment is very quiet and even has its own small garden. It doesn't get any better. Thanks!

What a nice b&b. We received a warm and friendly welcome, and it is a nice quiet place. The room is not very big but had exactly the two most important things we were looking for: Nice (and cared for with attention and love) breakfast and wonderful beds. We would love to come back here again!

Bomboo Lodge is a very special place full of wonder and magic, providing tranquility and deceleration. The facility is very well maintained and the shared kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. We will be happy to come back.

Rob and his team are the nicest people you can meet in groningen. The place is like an oasis full of beautiful nature and animals. It ist quiet and perfekt to relax, but at the same time it is not far from the city. 5/5

Our stay at Matthias would definitely have earned 6 out of 5 stars! A sparkling clean room, a beautiful garden to sit in the sun and so friendly, warm hosts. Matthias and his partner go out of their way to make you feel at home as a guest, even if you stay just for a night like us. Her house and garden are designed with a lot of love for detail, which you can feel directly with the excellent breakfast, which leaves nothing to be desired. We will be happy to come back, then for a longer stay! Thank you so much, you perfectly rounded out our getaway!

Very nice place! You feel right at home in the jungle with peacocks and ducks as nice residents. Beautiful relaxing atmosphere yet quite close to the city center. :) The bathrooms were nicely distributed and clean. The cottage is cute to fall in love! And the bed super cozy. However, the wooden cabin is not insulated or anything else, so it gets quite fresh inside in colder months. The small electric heater is then also not strong enough to keep the room warm. With the many blankets we didn't mind, but frostbites should keep it in mind. :) We will definitely be back next year! :)
