It's a lovely quiet cottage. The terrace on the Erdwal offers beautiful views over the Drenth nature. For me as a nature photographer, there is a lot to discover directly in the area. The garden also offers sufficient privacy. I loved my stay.

Lydia is a wonderful host. Easy to talk with and very flexible. Lovely tiny house outside, perfect to be alone and focus on ourselves. Even if the bathroom is in the house in front of the garden, it's very cosy and clean. I can't imagine during summertime, it seems perfect.

had a great stay at Johanna's place, she was very friendly, welcoming and respectful. on Google maps the place was wasn't correct so it took me a bit to find it (which I addressed to Google maps directly). the surroundings are beautiful and you can make beautiful walks, I definitely recommend!

We feel so fortunate to have stayed at this sweet house for our first visit every to this part of the Netherlands. We enjoyed every room, including the sauna, and spent hours getting much needed rest on the spacious sofa. The little town is a joy to walk around. We rented bikes in nearby Baflo and made good use of them because of course the biking is excellent here. The local people were kind and patient with us. We highly recommend Baflo's bike shop and bakery. We also took advantage of Baflo's train station for trips to Winsum and Groningen. Annette's house is a dream. Thank you, Annette.

Nice detached cottage. Lots of windows so it is nice light in the cottage. Private garden with garden set. With high fence so you are not visible from the public road. Induction plate for 2 pans. Coffee filters and coffee and pepper and salt are provided. 2 large towels for showering are provided. Friendly host who welcomed us. Recommended.

A quiet and peaceful place , perfect to get away from the city and calm down . Because of the sea, it took a while to heat the water in the jackuzi, but it was worth waiting .

This lovely place has reminded us how simple ‘a wonderful life’ can be. The cozy heater in the bohemian tiny house, the beautiful garden with flowering apple and pear trees, the sweet and some uncertain old dogs, and the warm, reachable host and her husband provided a stay that felt like a hug; just what we needed!

Very nice Tiny house, perfect for 2 of us. Also a wonderful place to sit outside with warm weather and the beach is within walking distance. To find the Tiny house on the complex use the directions and read the signs and you'll find it in no time!

Loved our stay in the woods. The cabin is comfortable and cosy and the surrounding area is very beautiful.

For work, my colleagues stayed there, Was fine, no further use of the facilities.

The communication with the landlord went smoothly. The place was very nice and clean. The car could be parked directly at the chalet. All around, we enjoyed it.

Meike’s place was the perfect location for my partner, our dog and I to stay during our visit to Groningen. The chalet has everything needed for a comfortable stay. There is a large private outdoor space and the lakeside views from the campsite are beautiful.

Lovely quiet cabin to relax. Daa cottage is very close to nature, be sure to pack a thicker sweater in the colder seasons! However, Jayanti has provided plenty of heating options, so it got cuddly warm even at night. We highly recommend this airbnb. Thank you! 😊

Super nice and modern tiny house in a quiet private location in Midwolda. We had good views of a horse paddock right in front of the apartment and animal visits the whole day. The beautiful lake in Midwolda, as well as a well-kept forest park are within easy walking distance. Good restaurants are also available. Highly recommended.

Great place, location and host

We had a wonderful stay at the guesthouse in Bakkeveen, near Groningen. The host was incredibly hospitable and very accommodating. She even brought us fresh eggs from her own chickens – a really nice gesture! The place itself was perfect: everything was clean, cozy, and well appointed. You felt welcome and comfortable from the beginning. The hostess was also very friendly and always responsive. We highly recommend this Airbnb and will be happy to come back!

We spent a wonderful few days in this charming caravan! Very nice furnishing and decor, we will always remember this week of our life! Miran kindly let us use the bikes so it was very easy to ride in the area. We were also able to cook for ourselves in the very well equipped kitchen. Absolutely recommend this place for those who love nature and relaxing! However, the city of Groningen is just a 20 minutes bus ride. Very convenient. 😀

The chalet of the two brothers is a very nice place. It was very cozy, clean, peaceful and easy to find, you do need a car to get around, though. We would highly recommend to stay here as a couple or a small family, four adults might be a bit tight.

The place was beautiful – everything exactly matched the photos, so you could relax immediately. Gerard was extremely accommodating, and the Airbnb impressed both the inside and out. The location was ideal as it is in close proximity to other cities. Overall it was a completely successful stay.

What a gem - both the place and the hostess! De Wandelschuur is a little slice of heaven surrounded by birdsong in a neighborhood bursting with spring blossoms! You can tell Anneke put a lot of thought and care into creating this special place. We enjoyed the quiet and the chance to recharge after a busy two weeks of travel. We also loved our day trip to Schiermonnikoog - Anneke was kind enough to give us a ride to the ferry, which gave us more time to enjoy one of her scrumptious breakfasts. We couldn't have asked for a better eay to end a fantastic visit to the Netherlands! Thank you again, Anneke!!
