Very tasteful, colorful apartment to feel good. There was nothing missing. However, we would have liked to have had a heater in the bathroom and a second duvet. The location is great. Downtown can be reached in 10 minutes by bike. The weekend was lovely!

Great place. Jennet is always responsive, you can see that this place was designed by an architect. Well thought out and super cozy. Would definitely recommend!

Thomas & Marrit's house is really lovely-well thought out apartment. It's a 15 minute drive to Groningen and the surroundings and the house/garden itself are so nice. They were also friendly, flexible & helpful. As shared in the description, there is some noise from passing trains and cars, but you can watch it from the window, and my 3 year old loved that. I also enjoyed staying in the box wall bed, so unique. The kitchen is minimal, with just the essentials and no dishwasher, but it's perfect for a short stay. I would definitely come back to this house and better explore their garden along the water, the trampoline and the piano/stage area that is inside the property when you first walk in.

Lies is a very friendly and active Host. She responds quickly and kindly. The apartment was neat and all the necessities you expect from an apartment are present. The B&B is beautifully located on the edge of the center of Groningen, just around the corner you will find various terraces, nice restaurants, the Forum and the Martinikerk. Please note that there may be some more noise nuisance on weekends. Nice surprise: Upon arrival, Lies had arranged for some delicious drinks in the fridge!

This old water tower is a special place to stop the night. The apartment is tastefully decorated and super clean. The bed was fine, with even pillow choice. The beautiful view of Groningen is the kers on the cake. The communication with the host was good. They responded quickly and friendly.

The children had a wonderful time playing with all the toys that were available in the house. Great base for a day of wildlands!

The three of us stayed in Esther's apartment for a week and felt very comfortable there. The apartment is very tastefully furnished. Everything - dishes, etc., are available in sufficient quantity and quality. There's really nothing missing. For the first day and breakfast the fridge was stocked! We were welcomed with chilled sparkling wine. We especially enjoyed the spacious kitchen-living room, which is the center of the apartment. The apartment is located in the old town of Appingedam, a very nice place and a good starting point for trips to Groningen or Leeuwarden. Highly recommend both. We highly recommend this property and Esther as a landlady.

We really enjoyed staying at Liesbeth's place. Beautiful rural setting, very peaceful and quiet, super relaxing. The place was new, spotless and very comfortable. We loved having breakfast outside on the patio, looking over the fields. Liesbeth was very communicative, and flexible regarding check-in, which was very much appreciated. She was there to welcome us and was available for any questions we had.

Very cosy and atmospheric camping! We got a full tour of the camping upon arrival. The showers are big and clean and the beds are very comfortable.
