It is a fully independent house with garden with lots of privacy. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with pellet stove and a new open kitchen, which is equipped with all comforts. Behind the house is a private garden with terrace. On the second floor are a bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 4 beds and a laundry room with washing machine.

The Studio is one nice space, in which you will find a living room (digital TV with Netflix and YouTube), bedroom & kitchen + separate shower & toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped, from fridge, combi microwave, stove + (bean) coffee machine with cappuccino option. From the living room, you can walk into the spacious garden, exclusively for you. In the complete, stylish kitchen, you can cook to your heart's content. The bathroom is also a nice experience, with plenty of space and atmosphere. From our cottage, you can cycle to the forest, dunes or beach. But Bergen and Alkmaar are also nearby.

Parking is available on private, enclosed property, and bicycles can be stored inside.

We offer a warm, cozy and stylish cottage (+/- 30 m2), in the beautifully located Schoorl. The cottage on the Dam is new and equipped with every comfort. The cottage also has its own private terrace. We (Marike and Remco) welcome you and will make your stay in the cottage on the Dam as pleasant as possible, with service being our top priority. You can walk or cycle to the forest, dunes or beach. The municipalities of Bergen & Alkmaar are 10 minutes away.

De luxe open keuken is volledig uitgerust met kwaliteitsapparatuur zoals een vaatwasser, oven en een koelkast.

Welcome to Soleil vacation home, located in the beautiful village of Schoorl, within walking and cycling distance of the forest, the dunes and the sea. The cottage is detached, has its own entrance, a small south-facing garden with a cozy canopy. The cozy living room has French doors to the sunny terrace, an open kitchen with dishwasher and oven, one bedroom and a bathroom. There are 2 bicycles with gears for rent at the cottage.

This cozy summer house is located on our property behind our home. It has a nice kitchenette, a sitting area with a nice sofa, TV with WiFi, a dining area, 1 bedroom with a double box spring and a nice bathroom. The bed is made upon arrival. Outside, we have created a nice sunny space for you to use to your heart's content. Peace, space and from the street you have a view of the beautiful dunes of Groet.

Wat vroeger het postkantoor van Groet was, is hedendaags een vakantie appartement voor 2 personen. In 2022/2023 geheel gerenoveerd en van alle gemakken voorzien. Gelegen in het centrum van Groet met meerdere restaurants, supermarkt en fietsverhuur op loopafstand. Op 2 minuten loopafstand bevind u zich in de duinen en door een fietstochtje van 10 minuten bevindt u zich op het strand.
