Buitenhuysje de Roos has recently been completely renovated and is wonderfully quiet. The cottage is small but nice, about 55m2 and has 3 bedrooms. In 2022, our cottage was renovated, with a new bathroom, kitchen and cast floor. There is a fireplace and nice wooden veranda, where you can sit very privately, with beautiful views. Within 5 minutes, you can drive to Bergen or Schoorl, where you will find supermarkets, nice shops and restaurants. The dunes and forest are within walking distance, and by bike you can reach the beach in 20 minutes.

Paal 14 is a cozy, comfortable, classy 4-person cottage on a beautiful avenue, within walking distance of the dunes, climbing dune, the village with shops and restaurants. It is a fully independent house with garden with lots of privacy. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with pellet stove and a new open kitchen, which is equipped with all comforts. Behind the house is a private garden with terrace. On the second floor are a bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 4 beds and a laundry room with washing machine.

Studio transformed into a green bird atmosphere in our garden, with private terrace within walking distance of forest & center. The Studio is one nice space, in which you will find a living room (digital TV with Netflix and YouTube), bedroom & kitchen + separate shower & toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped, from fridge, combi microwave, stove + (bean) coffee machine with cappuccino option. Knus vrijstaand huisje met een eigen tuin.Het huisje bied ruimte aan 4 pers. Op de eerste verdieping een slaapkamer met een 2 pers boxspring. Op de slaapkamer is ook ruimte voor een campingbedje . In de woonkamer een slaapbank. De slaapbank is snel uit en in te klappen. Badkamer met toilet en douche.Keuken met afwasmachine, oven met magnetronfunctie, koelkast/vriesvak, nespresso koffie machine. Het huisje ligt aan de duinrand . Schoorl bied u alles wat u nodig heeft en is op loopafstand.

Parking is available on private, enclosed property, and bicycles can be stored inside.

Welcome to Soleil vacation home, located in the beautiful village of Schoorl, within walking and cycling distance of the forest, the dunes and the sea. The cottage is detached, has its own entrance, a small south-facing garden with a cozy canopy. The cozy living room has French doors to the sunny terrace, an open kitchen with dishwasher and oven, one bedroom and a bathroom. There are 2 bicycles with gears for rent at the cottage.

It has a nice kitchenette, a sitting area with a nice sofa, TV with WiFi, a dining area, 1 bedroom with a double box spring and a nice bathroom. The bed is made upon arrival. Outside, we have created a nice sunny space for you to use to your heart's content. Peace, space and from the street you have a view of the beautiful dunes of Groet.
