We had a wonderful time at the chalet! The accommodation is very nice, lovingly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The surroundings invite you to relax – perfect for escaping everyday life. The contact with the hosts was super friendly and straightforward. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend the chalet!

It was nice and everything is always nicer when the sun is shining but in all cases: - very nice, cozy cottage - terrace directly overlooking the pond (exciting conversations with local ducks) - very easy check-in and responsive host - superb sunset to end the day while eating on the terrace.

Small, clean chalet with beautiful spacious outdoor space. It is located in a holiday park, where you can get fresh bread/ice cream/snacks. Bradley responded promptly and kindly to our questions. In short: a successful stay!

A great and clean house in a quiet neighborhood. With 8 people, we got along with the rooms and bathroom spaces. Pool was in our satisfaction!

We had a fantastic time at this lovely apartment. The sea view balcony is fantastic. The apartment is spacious and equipped with every comfort. 2 beautiful spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and a nice loft. Beach right in front of the door and several restaurants and beach bars nearby. We also found surprisingly nice. Cruise through the sea lock is recommended.

We had a fantastic time at Recreatiepark De Wielen! The cottage was brand new, beautifully decorated and equipped with every comfort. The location is great – quiet, beautiful views and an ideal base for excursions in the area. Everything was very clean and well kept. We immediately felt at home and would definitely like to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Albert put a lot of effort into the house, which you could see. He was very nice and accommodating, always responded quickly if there was something and everything you need was there!

The house has all the comforts. Anything you need is present in ample quantity. The gas fireplace completes it all. The garden is nicely landscaped with various corners and spacious seating options. Hosts Debbie and Frits ensure a hassle-free check-in and check-out. Great stay!

We had a wonderful weekend with our family in this beautiful and very cozy farm. The owners have clearly put a lot of work and love into the renovation. They were also very friendly and helpful in the contact and, together with the roaming chickens, provided a very welcome feeling. Highly recommended!

A very nice, spacious house with history. New kitchen, new bathroom and the beds were great. We used the bicycles despite the rain, because the place is quick to reach. All purchases could be done with the cargo bike. The dune right by the house is always worth an evening walk. Even the smallest rain break can be used for this. Beautiful location, beautiful house, beautiful place.

We had a lovely stay at Michael’s place. We booked it for a girls trip with a group of 7. It was the perfect size, lovely surroundings and really central! Would definitely recommend!

The cottage has a great starting point for excursions, whether to the beach in Bergen, Egmond or Pretten, as well as to be in Amsterdam in less than an hour. On the second day, we felt slowed down and relaxed by the quiet environment :) our dog was also totally relaxed in the garden to sunbathe and our child was happy with the toys on site. The accommodation offers everything for daily needs and was completely sufficient for us - we felt right at home and would have liked to stay longer. You arrive and the beds are already made and the towels are arranged. All included. We will be happy to come back!

There is nothing to add to the comments, the house has its peculiar charme. What is'nt mentioned clealy in the description: you have to bring your own towels. Two bicycles can be rented. The parking place behind the house is public but mostly available. For coffee lovers: machine is available with capsule system 'Dolce Gusto'. Everything was perfect! Coffee & tea supplied. Lovely apartment, lent us bikes foc. We used the pick up service from Amsterdam Centraal Station which was friendly, convenient & punctual. It was also good value for money. Best AirBnB so far! Thank you Bart, Elias & Renee.

What a wonderful stay! This has been one of the best AirBnBs we’ve ever visited. The house is beautifully decorated with a real attention to detail, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It’s perfectly located — close to the center, yet quiet and peaceful. We spent a fantastic week cycling through the countryside and exploring the charming surroundings. This bungalow is in a beautiful environment. It is tastefully decorated and the appliances, cutlery and utensils are at their best! Communication with Jurgen was very fluid as well. Great place to stay to visit Keukenhof and Amsterdam as well as the northern beaches. Kids loved the garden!

A very nice little cottage, with a small garden. Very cozy and beautifully decorated with a very nice kitchen. The house is on a campsite and it was very quiet. Up to the beaches and larger towns about 20 - 30 min by car.

The house is very spacious, clean and has a great outdoor space. The bathroom is a stand out with a large shower and double sink. You can walk to the shops, restaurants and sightseeing in the city centre. Would certainly return to this gem in Alkmaar.

We had a super nice holiday week in the cozy cottage and the wonderful garden. The holiday home is in a great location and well equipped.

We had a great time in our little home. The cottage is located in a all-inclusive garden settlement, it is super quiet and the garden is really large. As a small note for families, the baby travel cot has no mattress. For us it was no problem as our daughter wanted to sleep in the big bed at the end. We would come back and continue to discover the area. You can play mini golf on foot and our daughter loved the playground there. Excursion destinations such as tulip fields, cheese market and co. can also be reached quickly.
