Located in the middle of the port towns of Hornbæk and Gilleleje, both of which offer beautiful nature, business environment and dining. The house is located close to public transport and grocery store. The home was completely renovated in 2023 and consists of a living room with a wood-burning stove, kitchen, entrance hall, two bedrooms and a bathroom. In addition, there is a closed courtyard with afternoon and evening sun as well as a front garden with morning sun.

Within the layout is 55 sqm, and here you can expect a newer kitchen from 21 ', bathroom from 24' and a cozy furnished family room. There are 2 identical bedrooms, both of which have a double bed (160cm). Outside, you can enjoy the day on the 85sqm wooden terrace, built in 24 '. Bakery & fish store 5 min walk from the house. Very cute town Tisvildeleje 20 min bicycle ride away. Built in annex with own entrance and toilet. The house is perfect for 2 families/2 generations. Five grownup bicycles available for guests. Please note no smoking inside or on the property. No parties.

Der er 12 km til den smukke fiskerby Gilleleje. 8 km til Tisvildeleje med strand, mange cafeer og restauranter samt shopping.
