With this lovely apartment with balcony, you are close to both Copenhagen and nature. There is a few minutes' walk to the station, where there are direct trains to Copenhagen every 10 minutes. With a few minutes' walk, you are at Lyngby Lake, where you can enjoy the forest and the lake. Just outside the door, there are several different supermarkets and a small café. Only 3 km away, you will find a swimming lake with a swimming bridge and kiosk. The apartment is bright and functional with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony. The building has an elevator.

Nice townhouse with 4 rooms

Nice home with room for fun and games. There are 4 rooms (one without a bed), 1 large bathroom and 1 toilet. There is a nice little garden with a trampoline, gas grill and garden table, sofa and chairs. There is an open kitchen, family room, living room. everything is in good condition and well furnished. However, the floor creaks a little and the doors stick, as it is not a new house. But it is nice and pleasant to be here. You get the house alone, but when it's not rented out, I live here myself with my two children. There will therefore be private things in the home.

What I love most about my apartment is that it's cozy and full of light. No one can peek in, so you can walk around as you like. And then it's so nice to sleep on the loft. Esrum is a small quit village placed 50km outside Copenhagen. Esrum is beautiful situated next to one of Denmark greatest forest, Gribskov, and in working distance to Esrum Lake. Gribskov offers many outdoor activities, such as hiking, mountain biking, bird watching and much more. Esrum monastery is placed 100meter from the house, and offers museum and different activities. In the daytime there are a Café serving light dishes. Nearest grocery store is in the next village, 3km away.

Our basement offers a comfortable stay in a quiet residential area. You'll have everything you need for a short stay, incl. a sofa bed, a work desk, and a bathroom. We’re just a 10-minute walk to Herlev station and a 20-minute train ride to downtown Copenhagen. With free parking and an EV charger available, this is a great spot for both business and leisure travelers. Please note, you may hear footsteps and water drains from upstairs. We also have a cat.
