New and modern summerhouse with large wooden terrace located in a quiet area near Gilleleje town, only 900 meters from the beach. The house has a size of 100 m2 and has 4 beautiful bedrooms with 4 double beds with space for a total of 8 people. (Possibly 10 people if there are families with smaller children). There is also a travel bed with extra mattress for the very young children. There are 8 duvets and 8 pillows, 1 baby duvet and pillow, but you must bring your own bed linen, towels and dishcloths. The house has 2 nice bathrooms with shower, closet space and hair dryer. The focal point of the house is about 35m2 spacious kitchen/living room with a lovely functional kitchen with kitchen island and dining area as well as cozy sofa area with large comfortable sofa and TV (the TV is with Cromecast, i.e. there is no TV subscription or similar to the house) Here there is a guarantee of relaxation, coziness and good interaction. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, powered by an economical geothermal heating system. The house's fantastic layout makes the home ideal as a focal point for 2 families who want a wonderful holiday together. Outdoors you will find a large nice wooden terrace, which tracks all the way around the house (about 120m2). The terrace is partially covered with outdoor furniture and patio heaters that invite you to enjoy the holidays above. Here you will also find an outdoor shower ready to cool off in the summer heat or rinse off after a fresh dip by the beach. For the childish souls, there is also a trampoline, a swing, and a small playhouse in the garden. From the house it is only 3 km until Gilleleje city, which offers a rich commercial life with many exciting shops, cozy cafes, cinema and good restaurants.

Historically Gilleleje is an old fishing village and it was here that many Jews were transported to Sweden during World War II. Gilleleje Church was a waiting place for Jews until they could be transported. In 1943, 75 Jews were caught by the Gestapo on the church ceiling after a snitch had informed the Germans. Everywhere there are monuments of historical events. Every year there are various festivals in Gilleleje - "Hill" Festival, Harbour Festival, Jazz at the port and The Herring Day. Charming cottage with a fantastic atmosphere inside and out. Beautiful and very peaceful location, as the last house at the end of a small gravel road in the old part of Rågeleje. From the cottage, it is 200 metres to the forest and 800 metres to the beach. The grounds are totally undisturbed with a beautiful older planting. The house has been completely renovated this year and looks very inviting with a ceiling for the kitchen and access to a large south-west facing wooden terrace. The house also has 3 good bedrooms and a completely new bathroom.

The creek runs along the garden. Follow it for a cozy trip of about 900 meters - and you are on Rågeleje's beautiful beach.
