New and modern cottage with large wooden terrace located in a quiet area near Gilleleje town, only 900 m from the beach. The house has a size of 100 m2 and has 4 beautiful bedrooms with 4 double beds, respectively, with space for a total of 8 people. (Possibly 10 people in the case of families with smaller children). There is also a travel bed with extra mattress, for the very small children. There are 8 duvets and 8 pillows, 1 baby duvet and pillow, but you must bring your own bed linen, towels and dishcloths. The house has 2 nice bathrooms with shower, closet space and hair dryer. The house's gathering point is the approx. 35 m2 spacious kitchen/living room with a beautiful functional kitchen with kitchen island and dining area as well as cozy sofa area with large comfortable sofa and TV (the TV is with Chromecast, i.e. there is no TV subscription or the like for the house). Here there is a guarantee for relaxation, coziness and good company. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, powered by an economical geothermal heating system. The house's fantastic floor plan makes the home an obvious gathering point for 2 families who want a wonderful vacation together. Outdoors, you will find a large, lovely wooden terrace, which runs all the way around the house (approx. 120 m2). The terrace is partially covered with garden furniture and patio heaters, inviting you to enjoy good times throughout the holiday. Here you will also find an outdoor shower ready to cool you off in the summer heat or rinse off after a fresh dip at the beach. For the childish souls, there is also a trampoline, a swing and a small playhouse in the garden. From the house, it is only 3 km to Gilleleje town, which offers a rich commercial life with many exciting shops, cozy cafes, a cinema and good restaurants.

In JULY and AUGUST, it is rented for a minimum of 6 nights! Beautiful annex that can be used year-round, 32 sqm, with a double bed, suitable for 2 people. The annex is beautifully located in the 2nd row from the sea, with a lovely, enclosed private garden. We are 2 minutes away from a beautiful view of Kullen, the harbor, and the coast, and a 7-minute walk to the beach with a bridge, so there are plenty of opportunities for a morning dip! Follow the Fyrstien towards the old Gilleleje, or in the opposite direction towards Nakkehoved Lighthouse, from which there is a breathtaking view.

Our classic black wooden holiday home is located in the front row by the sea. And it was precisely the sunset from the kitchen and from the terrace that made us fall completely in love. We love those long, bright summer evenings when you're simply bathed in the golden light from the sea. The house is bright and modernly furnished, with character and soul. The large open-plan kitchen is the natural, social gathering point, offering panoramic sea views and direct access to the terrace. Large, secluded nature estate with coastal protection.

The house has a bright living room with a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen and 3 comfortable bedrooms, perfect for the whole family. Only a 5-8 minute walk will take you to a lovely, sandy and rocky beach. Nearby is Heather Hills, a unique natural area with heather-covered hills, perfect for hiking. There is a grocery store only 2 minutes from the house, where you can find everything you need for your vacation.
