The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

We are located I Schwoich Dorf (Village), in the heart of the Austrian Alps- within driving distance from Innsbruck (75 km), Kitzbuhl (22 km), Kufstein (5 km) and many other beautiful Alpine towns and resorts. The studio is on the 2nd floor of a gorgeous, traditional Tyrolean house, adjacent to a babbling brook, a horse farm and surrounded by a beautiful garden- and with all modern day amenities.
