The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

On both sides of the apartment you can go outside on the terraces and enjoy the morning or evening sun. In the bedroom, a cot can be placed in it. The spacious eat-in kitchen is fully equipped. The farmhouse is located in a secluded location directly on the hiking trail and next you can only hear the crickets pine.

Dogs up to a medium size (up to 50 cm and up to 30 kg) are allowed here. This ground floor apartment can accommodate up to 4 people on an area of about 30 m². A friendly and appealing decor also make a longer stay a pleasant experience.
