The apartment is located in the attic with extra entrance and has a living room with sofa bed and balcony, bedroom with double bed, kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove, egg cooker, toaster, coffee maker. Bathroom with shower and bathtub and an extra toilet. Our tap water is the best in the world, you don't have to carry still water.

On both sides of the apartment you can go outside on the terraces and enjoy the morning or evening sun. In the bedroom, a cot can be placed in it. The spacious eat-in kitchen is fully equipped. The farmhouse is located in a secluded location directly on the hiking trail and next you can only hear the crickets pine.

Our house is sunny and quiet on the edge of the forest in Ellmau. You can enter the slopes of the SkiWelt directly from the house. The apartment is 30 m² and is located on the first floor. Dogs up to a medium size (up to 50 cm and up to 30 kg) are allowed here. This ground floor apartment can accommodate up to 4 people on an area of about 30 m².
