The apartment is excellent. It is very clean and communication with the landlord is both excellent and fast. The wifi is extremely fast. The surroundings are impressive, with stunning views of the mountains. The balcony is spacious and extends in two directions. The kitchen is very well equipped. Location is quiet. The four-poster bed is extremely stylish. For four people the dining table is fine, but for six people it is a bit small. It is unfortunate that the high cleaning fee is shown very late in the booking process.

Great stay, really friendly and perfect location for where we needed. Slopes close by and easy to get in and out of Mayrhofen. Hans was really helpful! Would stay again

We really enjoyed our stay at lena's place. The hosts were very reactive and helped us a lot. The house is sparkling clean. Its location is excellent and allows you to comfortably explore the nearby attractions. The carport attached to the property is also very helpful. The apartment itself is comfortable and welcoming, everything is clean and cozy. We were a little bothered by the noise when you open the windows at night from the road.

Super apartment, spacious bedrooms. If you are more than enough space with only adults, with two children, the living room is slightly on the smaller side. But all the furniture is new and super tidy, beds are really lovely!

Central, quiet and modern – a perfect apartment for Kitzbühel!

We had a very nice stay in the appartement in Fieberbrunn. The appartment was very clean and very well equiped! The terrace is the main reason we chose this accomodation and it did not disappoint: spacious and calm, with the sauna and a nice view as absolute plus point. Communication with the owner went very smooth in addition to the the self check-in. We would definitily recommend staying here and are planning to come back in winter time.

The room was really well furnished and clean, there were all the kitchen utensils, so you had no restrictions on cooking. The location was great too and you were at the lake in 5 minutes on foot.

Apartment fits our needs for space and privacy for 6 adults. Fully equipped kitchen helps to enjoy your time during your holiday. Big and hand made table from raw wood is perfect center of the ground floor, where entire group can enjoy from common time.

It was a dream. The place is very chic. We were there with our three teenagers, to go skiing. The apartment has everything you need. :) If necessary, the couch is too small for 5 people to lounge on. But hey, if you don't have anything else. The place has everything you need. Thank you, thank you for everything!

Everything was awesome. It has a great location and a fantastic view, Stefen was beneficial. We enjoyed. The only thing that we didn't expect was that the barbeque in the photo wasn't usable during winter. We prepared a lot of meat for several meals, but we had to cook them in the kitchen and it was hard. In the end, we enjoyed it we hopefully we'll come to see here in summer.

Very nice place to stay with a shared sauna + indoor & outdoor hot tub for the 3 apartments. Everything is very modern and the apartments are very spacious. We had a great skiing vacation with a small ski resort right in Hochfilzen and the large ski resort Saalbach accessible from the surrounding towns. A bus stop for the ski bus is almost right outside the door. We'll definitely be back!

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

The location was also ideal. Communication with the host was outstanding – quick, friendly, and helpful with any questions. Check-in was completely straightforward. The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.

We were completely satisfied with our accommodation. The location at the edge of the village was great, right across the street a good restaurant and hiking trails up to the mountain. In addition, the room was nice and modernly furnished and the in-house wellness area was inviting and cozy.

We really enjoyed our time at Christine & Sepp's place. Great apartment with wonderful hot tub in a relaxing, quiet location. For the children, the time with the animals was also particularly nice. Thank you for your warm welcome, see you again.

We had a great stay and were very happy with everything! The place was clean, cozy and exactly as described. Communication with the host Andreas was smooth and the location was perfect for our needs. We will definitely be back and can only recommend the accommodation!

The contact with Freddy was very friendly, and welcoming. Freddy's apartment is very nice, the view of the countryside is soothing , the Jacuzzy is a pleasure. The only disturbing thing is the train traffic, which you can hear quite loudly and do not expect in this green idyll - but at night it was quiet and we slept wonderfully. All in all, a very nice stay, happy to come again!
