The apartment has everything you need to spend a few days in oviedo, it also has a small shared patio where you can have a coffee. Everything is perfect, the accommodation is identical to the photos, the area is very quiet and parking is easy to find, although the accommodation includes a garage, which is appreciated. Ana Rosa was attentive from the start and was involved in making sure we could enjoy our stay as much as possible, making recommendations for areas to visit and facilitating flexible check-out.

We stayed here with our cat for four months. From the first day, we felt at home. The apartment is close to the city center, but the environment is very quiet and peaceful. Public transportation and services are easily accessible. The facilities in the apartment are complete and very efficient. All the hosts are super friendly and helpful. The apartment has a good location, the main things can be done walking, the bed is very comfortable and pillows too, we who travel very much appreciate having a good bed to rest, the detail of having a super grateful breakfast. We're sure a longer stay will be with Sony. Thanks again 😊

The bed in the loft is totally fairytale and the glass with armchairs and mountain views was my favorite corner without a doubt! The perfect place to disconnect and enjoy nature. Stream amazing peace! I fell in love with that casita. I would definitely go back.

We have been very comfortable, as in your own home. They accompanied us to the house for more clarity. It is located in a group of super tranquil casitas, where our dogs could go out quietly, half an hour from the capitals to visit. Very close there is a town with several supermarkets and restaurants with typical dishes.

Wonderful From the reservation Tino was waiting to send us recommendations in the area of activities and restaurants and gave us indications of how to get there. The area is a paradise. We have been a family with two children aged 6 and 8 who have enjoyed a lot of the home and its surroundings. The house is much better than in the photos, the views from the entire glass of the living room are priceless and there were a lot of extra details to facilitate our arrival (breakfast, barbecue..). Tranquility and silence in a beautiful area to enjoy nature and its wonderful gastronomy. We took bikes for the path of the Bear and made all the routes that recommended us there nearby (Xanas gorge, Huerta Cueva, Bandujo...). One week it fell short. The village is five minutes away by car (Proaza) and has two very complete small supermarkets and with typical products, a pharmacy and several restaurants (house clemente certainly the best). Wishing to return.

A very positive detail for us that we have children, is that there were toys, books and board games, something we do not usually find and that we loved. Very grateful for the treatment and the place. Great apartment in quiet and family friendly complex. Monica is a fantastic host - very friendly and responsive. Her recommendations for Luanco and surrounding areas made our visit special! Only drawback is that the swimming pool is not heated and rather cold , so barely used.

Lorena was always attentive and communicated frequently. The bass is in the old town, very close to restaurants and bars and places to visit. But impossible to circulate and park the car. There is something to leave it in parking .
