Due to its geographical location, El Refugio is located in the heart of the cider region, just 7 km from downtown Villaviciosa, 15 km from Rodiles beach and 35 km from the Covadonga Lakes and very close to fishing villages such as Tazones, Lastres, Cudillero, Luanco and Candás. In the area there are several routes for walking or if you prefer by bicycle alone or with family.

It is located on a manor estate surrounded by meadows and forests, which allow you to enjoy an environment surrounded by mountains. The accommodation is located about 20 minutes by car from Oviedo. Belonging to the council of Mieres bordering the council of Langreo. The house has a paved road access to the accommodation itself

Peñanora Palace, vacation space.

Peñanora is an Indian palace on the outskirts of Oviedo (5min). It is located in front of the Nora River. It has spaces that will allow you to be in full contact with nature, an area of firs and century-old magnolias, fruit trees and the covered barbecue area. We would like to share with all of you this special and cozy place for large families or friends' getaways. We're just starting out and we'll try to make sure you have everything you need.

Old Mill in Asturias

Our Mill was the first motorised mill in Asturias. You will stay at the mill house with an adjoining courtyard of 120sq meters. The original mill wheels and machinery are still in the mill. There are beautiful views of the sea and the Picos de Europa. The mill house is stylishly designed with comfortable chaise longues and a cosy wood burner. The mill is 13km from Villaviciosa. The beaches of Rodiles and Colunga can be reached in 25 mins.

Its «architects»: Virginia and Giovanni, who moved from Florence to create this space.Giovanni is a restorer of works of art, Virginia, artist and teacher. For this reason, whoever comes to PACA, will find a a house «ad art».
