Carmen’s stone cottage is a peaceful and magical place. We felt like we were living in a fairytale setting, as though we had been transported to Snow White’s cottage. Beautifully and faithfully restored and decorated to the last detail. We loved the quiet setting with nothing but cowbells in the distance. Carmen was very responsive and friendly.

We had a great weekend at accommodation Benaki, with everything you need for a pleasant stay, in an idyllic setting. The views from the house, with the green mountains in the background, are spectacular. As for the house itself, it is perfectly equipped and prepared for the mountain climate. Communication with Carmen, the host, was another very positive point to take into account, giving us the necessary information to enjoy the house, making recommendations on what to do and where to eat in the surroundings, and always being willing to solve any questions we might have. We will repeat, it is perfect to spend a few days in the middle of nature.

I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful rural setting just 15 minutes from the city. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped, it truly felt like home. Alejandra is an outstanding host: warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We would absolutely consider returning.

Luis Manuel is not only welcoming, friendly, but he is strong in terms of proposals. The cottage is perfect and ideally placed to discover Asturias.

Our stay in this house was just perfect. The house had everything we needed to feel at home: well equipped, comfortable and, above all, very clean, something that is always appreciated. From the first moment, we felt a great tranquility; it is an ideal place to disconnect and enjoy the peace of the surroundings. But definitely what made the difference was Nadia. Always attentive, friendly and willing to help us with whatever we needed. She gave us very good recommendations and was attentive at all times. It's nice to meet hosts like that. We highly recommend this place, and if we stop by again, we will definitely repeat it.

Carmen's house is very cozy, it is very clean and has everything you need. It is in a very quiet and beautiful area. It is exactly as shown in the description and photos. Well connected, close to the beach and you can do many routes in the area. And the best thing is Carmen, friendly, always attentive, she has been one of the best hosts I have ever met. We will definitely repeat.

We had a great time, if we lacked something, the location was very good near Oviedo and Gijón and with good plans nearby to visit related to the area and mining. The very nice and quiet estate allows you to enjoy nature and isolate you from the world , so it is also a good plan. I recommend going during the day at least the first time. For us it was a nice experience and to repeat it without a doubt. Thank you for everything

Carlos is an exceptional person, very good communication with him and he made sure everything was to our liking. He welcomed us with a bottle of cider and some casavielles. The apartment as shown in the photos was impeccable. We travel a lot and stay in many apartments and it is the first time we have found a clean apartment, a clean kitchen, an impeccable bathroom and many details, it is truly appreciated. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and we were able to rest. You have everything around you: Alimerka, Carrefour Express, pharmacy. It also allows you to be with your dog and comes with a parking space.

We loved staying at Maria’s place. A large old house with plenty of room for us all. The outdoor area is lovely. Maria was really helpful. She supplied us with plenty of information and answered all our questions. The area was a good position for us to drive to different towns and beauty spots in Asturias.

We spent a month in Ivan's apartment and we really enjoyed it. Firstly, it's convenience - it has an underground parking place (a bit small for a larger car but it's how it is in most of Spain), it has a proper desk and an office chair for work, the internet was reliable and we found everything needed to cook, organise our stuff, etc. Its location is great, especially if you have a dog. There is a park a few steps away, another park 15 minutes away, the beach is 25 minutes walking. There are at least a few groceries shops nearby. The apartment itself was clean, nicely organised and decorated, we felt like at home. Ivan was friendly and responsive, provided some tips and recommendations. I'd highly recommend this place.

Alejandro's place was very nice. It had everything you need and very well connected to the city center. The area is very quiet and very good for walking. The host was also aware that everything was correct. 100% recommended.

We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. We have fallen in love with the place, and we encourage you to book your stay with Alicia because you will be 100% delighted. Clean and cozy, it has what you need to spend a few days, good communication with main avenues and highway.

It is a beautiful village house, renovated and well cared for and it was also very clean. We loved its interior, tastefully decorated, and its exterior in a very charming and quiet village. The children have played in the meadows, super happy.

We loved the Shelter. Silvia was a sweetheart, super attentive to everything and very nice. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There are plenty of kitchen utensils, a washing machine, and an iron. If you like peace and quiet and you come with a dog, you'll love the place. The location is 10 minutes from Villaviciosa where there are bars, a supermarket, pharmacy and everything you need. 100% recommended. Thank you very much for everything 😊

For five days it's great, having a single room and two bathrooms was very comfortable. There was everything you needed in the kitchen. And it's close to the highway/highway exit.

A very cozy stay :) Irene and her mother Carmen were wonderful hosts, very helpful and kind! The place was wonderful with a great outdoor space, view of the mountains from the bedroom, and an overall wonderful house. I would definitely stay again, thanks for everything.
