Super nice stay at Maria, Jose and Leo's house! This is a quiet little paradise with beautiful views of the Asturian mountains. Maria and José are attentive to the smallest detail to make their guests feel at home.

Apparently very nice, very well equipped with a central but quiet location. Jose Manuel speaks very good French and English. He is friendly, welcoming and responsive. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Love love love the place. It was beyond our expectations. The view was amazinggg, couldn't have enough of it. Host was so kind and was available when ever we needed Public transport was good too just 7 minutes walk to the bus stop and bus goes straight to the oviedo centre. Thank you so much for everything once again :)

The house is wonderful and is in an idyllic location. They took us very well and went out of their way to make things easier for us. The house was in perfect condition, very clean and had everything. We would come back for sure.

Unbeatable location in the very center of Oviedo, easy access and close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Super well connected and with a wonderful terrace and amazing views. Teresa is super kind and helpful. Check in was a breeze and was very flexible on schedules. He left us some breakfast for the first day that a lot is appreciated. The apartment has parking 3 minutes away which is very comfortable. I repeat for sure, we loved the house, from the best places we have gone both in quality and location.

Impressive location, beautiful views in all directions and very comfortable house with the charm of being able to sleep in a bakery. Joaquín is very kind and good host. The house has everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Very good place to go with children because of the surroundings and the football competition that the house has. To come back.

Yolanda is a consummate host! She met us - jetlagged and frankly a bit of a mess - with a warm smile, a friendly voice (in English) and the keys to our home for more than a month. The apartment was perfect for us - cozy and nicely appointed. This was "home base" while we searched for a more permanent home to satisfy our visa requirements. It was perfectly situated to explore centro Oviedo and quiet and comfortable for two. The mark of excellence is not perfection but responsiveness when it isn't. We had a small problem with a window which she addressed immediately and without fanfare. Never hesitate to stay in Yolanda's apartment!

The house was very large, very comfortable beds, very clean and tidy and with everything ready for a cozy arrival. Alejandra was lovely. He welcomed us with a smile on our face, he told us many curiosities of the Orreo, gave us a lot of information about things to do for the environment, and gave us a lot of flexibility when we went out, since we were going to a wedding. Very attentive, and the house is very nice. I recommend it. I wish we had more time to enjoy our stay. Thank you very much Alejandra.

The apartment was just as Letty had told us, she was very attentive to us and always available for anything. Everything was perfectly clean and equipped, even more than the essentials, it had everything. Letty recommended several places to see and restaurants. Definitely a place to come back to.

Apartment in a quiet area but with many services. About 20 minutes from downtown, more by the traffic lights than for the distance. The apartment looks even bigger than the pictures. Spacious living room and kitchen and everything is very clean. A lot of attention to detail, they left us some coffee capsules and some bakery. The instructions were concise and very clear from the beginning and the entrance and exit were very easy. The price includes a garage plot that is behind the apartment, although we did not need, bareio with white area and in which there is usually some free place. Near the accommodation there are several bars and supermarkets and a shopping mall 300m away. We spent a few days that allowed us to visit the center of Oviedo and some nearby population without any problems. The beds are comfortable and the sheets are very clean.

It was a very welcoming stay, which I recommend 1000%, Marian was very attentive at all times, the apartment was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. I loved it 🥰

The Palacete Peñanora is an ideal place to spend time in the heart of Asturias. The house is wonderful, very large and well organized and very clean. The BBQ dining room is an idea to make a good barbecue even if it rains (as was our case). Also, Sandra and German are lovely. They gave us very good recommendations and were very helpful and kind.

Visiting Sandra’s apartment and restaurant — located in the tiny village of El Tozu, nestled high atop the slopes of the Cantabrian Mountains — is like stepping into a dream of a bygone era. From the moment I arrived, Sandra did her best to make me feel like family, showing me into the second floor apartment and inquiring which food I would like for supper. The locals of the El Tozu (and some neighboring villages) regularly come to Sandra’s restaurant to drink, eat and socialize. And they also couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming. Besides the interior of the apartment itself, which is very traditional yet well appointed considering its modest size (the bathroom is especially impressive with a nice shower, sink, bidet), the view down the mountain side from the apartment’s windows and small sitting balcony is priceless. But be sure to also go hiking down the cattle roads! I could not recommend this stay enough — one of those rare AirBnB stays worth planning travel around.

Ricardo's place always a success. We have been taking his house for 7 years, for all it offers, and then how well located it is. I would 100% recommend it and we will continue to count on it, whenever possible. A pleasure Ricardo, next year we are already more children than adults 🥰😜

Great accommodation and host service. The cleaners A charm and the cleanliness of 10. The apartment is very cozy, quiet and with access to all services. An ideal for enjoying a few days and refreshing energy. The hostess's proposals about places and restaurants of 10. We would be glad to come back, we hope it is very soon.

Very spacious house, cozy, with a view and a beautiful field space. All the rooms in the house are large and is very well equipped.

Very close to Gijón, and at the same time secluded; we were many and everything was great, one bathroom per room. Taxis take you and bring you with no problem. Maria and her family are very nice and she was attentive whenever we needed. Flexible and attentive, 100% recommended.

Beautiful house with bags of character and original details, whilst also being very comfortable and well laid out. Lots of space and lots of bits to enjoy. We spent a great week there. Highlight is the BBQ - a really fun way to cook and much more than a usual BBQ. Location is near a small sized town with everything you'll need. It's not a tourist town, but that has it's own charm. Nearby Gijon is a great seaside town. Leon which is about 1.2 hours away is an amazing historic place. The scenery around the area is stunning. Green, hilly and beautiful. Not how you would imagine the Spanish landscape.

We had a great stay. Carmen is super friendly and helpful. Their garden/back yard is the most beautiful of any house I have ever been to.
