Holiday rentals with breakfast in Gijón

Beautiful accommodation in a very quiet environment, much better than the photos reflected. It had all the necessities in addition to being spacious and very spacious for 9 guests. Highlight cleanliness throughout the entire house. Eva took care of us from the first moment with the utmost kindness and explaining everything we needed. Definitely highly recommended for the accommodation and by Las Caldas. We went for dinner at El Recreo de las Caldas, restaurant very close, another place to go. Maximum house and host score.

It is a great place to enjoy both nature and easy access to a city. Beautiful view from the room, cosy interior and comfortable bed for a good night rest.

We had a very good vacation in Proaza thanks to this wonderful home. Apart from having very nice views of the valley, it has next to the most necessary services such as supermarket, butcher, pharmacy, health center, restaurants as well as privileged access to the path of the bear. Celia is always pending and with a very good attitude made us feel at home. Thank you Celia.

Alejandra and Toño are exceptional hosts. They gave me a bunch of recommendations on places to visit, hike, and eat in the area. The house is decorated with a lot of charm, it is in a very quiet village and at the same time very close to Pola de Siero and 20 minutes from Oviedo or Gijón. I will definitely be back again on my next trip to Asturias ! 100% recommended

The place met our expectations. It's a shame we couldn't enjoy the spa, however, it's always a pleasure to sit in front of a fireplace. The hosts, especially Yoli, was very nice to us, very close and attentive. Departure has been without an exact time, which we appreciate to take advantage of a little more. Yoli made us a cake for breakfast and there was also coffee and bread toast. Everything was so clean!

House near the city center, about a 10-minute walk. Very clean house, comfortable bed and leave some toast and coffee as detail, is appreciated.

Spacious apartment in the quiet area of Aviles. Here you can sleep perfectly in silence and make friends with cats who live in the courtyard of the house. Inside there is everything you need for cooking, TV with active subscriptions, and a convenient workspace for a computer (very important for remote work). Recommended!

The apartment is nice and the location is good. Something to improve, they must fix the electrical system as it does not allow you to cook using more than one stove and oven at a time, which greatly delays the cooking of the food. We got the light cut off.

David is an excellent host. We were arriving later than the agreed time and not only did not pose problems but offered us all the facilities in the world. At the check-out, since I did not have any pending entrance, we were offered to check out at the time we would like . I was always attentive and answered the messages very prompt. She advised us places to visit and places to eat. The apartment is great too. I recommend it!

We went with my partner and after staying 3 nights staying here, I can say that we were never so happy. The house is exactly the same as the pictures and was really spotless, it even had a rich smell. We went in March so it was cold, however the house was warm all the time. We made use of all the facilities (fireplace, barbecue, coffee maker, microwave, etc.) without any problem, everything in excellent condition. On the other hand, in Cristian a statue would have to be built. I never saw such an attentive host, always at our disposal for anything and with the best of animos. Every morning he left us a riquisimo breakfast in the window to enjoy this experience even more. On the second day we managed to cross and we had a pleasant 1hr conversation. The truth is that it is nice to travel and be in the accommodation. Nosemos super happy and having made a new friend :) Super recommended, we will definitely come back. THANK YOU CRISTIAN!

Nice stay, as described in the listing. The guy at the cafe didn’t really speak English but we got along good. The address of the place is a bit wrong, was leading us to a different place.

I stayed in Cactus at the end of November (low season) and the accommodation was very quiet, I did not cross with anyone. I was very comfortable, very clean and neat facilities. I loved the decor. They worried about leaving me blanket and radiator in case I was cold. Total flexibility when arriving and leaving, with very clear directions on access. Close to the bus stop that brings you and takes you to the airport, and close to a large supermarket. I would definitely repeat!

We thank Aida for her welcome, kindness, valuable advice and care in the maintenance and presentation of the place. We immediately felt comfortable in the house and were able to take advantage of its good recommendations to discover the region. The quality of the materials that were used to renovate the house is felt and we slept very well there. Located in the mountain, the house is still close to the coast and we were able to enjoy the beach every day. We highly recommend Aida and her house (as well as her chickens and two cats!)
