Holiday rentals with breakfast in Asturias

Beautiful accommodation in a very quiet environment, much better than the photos reflected. It had all the necessities in addition to being spacious and very spacious for 9 guests. Highlight cleanliness throughout the entire house. Eva took care of us from the first moment with the utmost kindness and explaining everything we needed. Definitely highly recommended for the accommodation and by Las Caldas. We went for dinner at El Recreo de las Caldas, restaurant very close, another place to go. Maximum house and host score.

We had a fantastic family holiday here. The house was lovely, just next to the harbour. We enjoyed the afternoon/evening sunshine on the patio. The local beach was absolutely great and we spent lots of time exploring, swimming and body boarding. Lots of nice restaurants and bakery’s. We would definitely come again. Thank you to Mariangeles for all your recommendations and really prompt replies. The house was well stocked with things you might need too. Thank you!

Our stay was very comfortable and Rafa was an excellent host. The house is beautiful and the kids really enjoyed it in the large garden and terrace it has. With everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is a super quiet area and very well located, easy to park. We had a very good vacation in Proaza thanks to this wonderful home. Apart from having very nice views of the valley, it has next to the most necessary services such as supermarket, butcher, pharmacy, health center, restaurants as well as privileged access to the path of the bear. Celia is always pending and with a very good attitude made us feel at home. Thank you Celia.

Wonderful place to miss a few days. Maximum tranquility in an unparalleled environment. Feeling like you are in your own home. Super comfortable, there was nothing missing. Tino recommended a lot of great places. We hope to return.

We have been a group of 11 people and we have been very comfortable, the house is very clean and spacious, for each family, we had an almost own bathroom, there were 4 bathrooms. The owners are very attentive and helpful and the area where it is close to the village and the descent of the sella, arriondas, cangas and beautiful tourist sites to see, to repeat without hesitation.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is located at the entrance of Lastres, so from the entrance and balcony there are great views. Also, in front there are quite a few places to park. As for the house, it has everything you need to make the stay pleasant: equipped kitchen, living room with sofa, TV and table to get together to eat, play... Rooms with comfortable beds and full bathrooms. In addition, the balcony of the en-suite room is very nice. Highly recommended, without a doubt!

David is an excellent host. We were arriving later than the agreed time and not only did not pose problems but offered us all the facilities in the world. At the check-out, since I did not have any pending entrance, we were offered to check out at the time we would like . I was always attentive and answered the messages very prompt. She advised us places to visit and places to eat. The apartment is great too. I recommend it!

Very nice place and very nice guesthouse in the mountain, a little difficult to access but once "perched" up there in the traditional attic transformed into a beautiful room, we are happy to have arrived so far!
