Holiday rentals with beach access in Asturias

Good communication with Luisa and the house was well communicated, clean and well conditioned. Everything is perfect, if I come back by Avilés I will repeat for sure.

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with young children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park for about 7 minutes (footpath). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!

Both Marta and Javier were very attentive to making sure our stay was perfect. The apartment is ideal with all the luxury of details, home automation, very well decorated to create a very cozy atmosphere, very comfortable room and with everything you may need to spend a stay as if you were at home. They had a great welcome gift with a personalized message and were flexible with our arrival time, letting us in even earlier. Unbeatable location in the very centre. We travelled with a baby and pet and we had a great time. We will definitely repeat. Thank you Marta and Javier :)

We spent 3 days at the house It has all the amenities for a good stay. Close to the beach and city centre, it also has a shopping centre 10 minutes' walk away. Maria was available at all times, recommended places, and was very kind. We'll be back for sure!! :) Thank you Maria !!

Clean and tidy cottage in a quiet location in a pretty seaside village. The cottage overlooks the sea and has its’ own terrace to sit and enjoy the views. Easy walking to bars and restaurants and to the old town. There are lovely beaches nearby (including dinosaur footprints) and longer coastal walks for the more adventurous. The cottage appears to be an old fisherman’s cottage and had all we needed for our stay - but note it does not have access to wifi.

The apartment is beautiful, it has everything you could need, the area is unbeatable. The host responded quickly. We loved it.

The house is made with a lot of love, it is even more beautiful than in the photos. Very comfortable, practical and clean. The whole place conveys peace and quiet. We found total rest in these 10 days of vacation and we enjoyed every corner of the house. The views of the mountain are truly unique and the location is very good, close to beautiful beaches and endless trails bordering the coast on both sides. We'll definitely be back! Beautiful apartment in a great location for visiting the city of Gijon on foot. Beautiful view of the bay with a superb sunset on the first evening. Paid parking nearby, very popular and included in the rental. Host available for any information.

Figueras is a town that has preserved all the charm of traditional architecture, with very well restored houses such as Cristina and Victor's. In addition to being a very nice village, the house is impeccable, practically brand new, and surrounded by spectacular coastal and countryside landscapes. It is worth staying there. In addition, Cristina and Victor are very friendly and always available.

The stay at Belén's house was amazing. We felt right at home, Belén has always been attentive to us and resolving all the doubts that have arisen from us. For the arrival to the house, it has been very nice of Belén to leave us some sweets and gluten-free cookies. He has also recommended lots of places to eat and enjoy in the area, which have been incredible. As for the house, it is as seen in the photos, a beautiful house, very clean, with everything you need for the days we have been staying and only 5 minutes from Cudillero, recognized as the most beautiful town. It's been an incredible few days, we'll be back for sure! 😊

As soon as we stepped into the apartment, we felt a sense of calm. It's almost impossible not to feel relaxed while surrounded by the beautiful countryside views. The house was designed to capture the scenery, especially with the large living room and master bedroom windows positioned perfectly west. We often preferred having dinner at home while catching a view of the mountain side sunsets over eating out for the evening.

Manuel and María were super nice guests, attentive at all times. The house and the surroundings are as it looks in the photos 💯 Of course, maybe for access to the residential area you need to have some experience in mountain curves 🏔️ The beautiful area, perfect to unwind ✨ the incredible green landscape! The house had everything, super comfortable, especially the beds. We loved being able to enjoy its donkeys and the sound of other animals around

We spent some nice days in Laura's house. The house is situated in a quiet, rural environment. It's all as described. Gijon, beaches and attractions are easily accessible by car. We were able to park our car right next to the house. Laura was always available, very attentive (e.g. had already turned on the heating for our arrival), friendly and helpful. Thank You! We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. Communication was very easy and smooth, Isabel was very friendly and flexible with the arrival. The apartment was clean and tidy and is certainly a quiet place to rest. It is perfectly parked in the area and has plenty of services nearby, I would definitely repeat.

Perfect apartment for our needs, comfortable, spacious, well equipped, clean and tidy. Convenient parking space in the building with easy access to the internal elevator. Our kids really enjoyed the small room stocked with some games. Friendly host, always helpful and responsive. Tips for visiting the region and for meals are very useful. Luanco is a very nice and convenient coastal village as a base for exploring the region.

We had a great 5 days It's a pleasure to find hosts as friendly as they are available. As for the house, whether it is the cleanliness or the layout, it is equivalent to a 5-star. We recommend it to you without hesitation

Excellent apartment. Very conveniently located, close to the center. There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. There is a walking trail 5 minutes away. The apartment has everything you need for living. Excellent underground parking. The owner and hostess were very nice, friendly. We will come back again.

The house is great. It is very welcoming and very clean. We didn't make any food in the house but from what we saw there were all kinds of cooking utensils. In addition to the details of Nieves! Communication was great. And the best thing about the house that terrace with a view to the river!! To see the area of Villaviciosa, Lastres, Gijón, Oviedo, etc very well located. Highly recommended house!!
