Everything is perfect, the accommodation is identical to the photos, the area is very quiet and there is parking with ease, although the accommodation includes a garage, which is appreciated. Ana Rosa has been attentive from the first moment and has been implicated in that we can enjoy our stay as much as possible, making recommendations of areas to visit and facilitating flexible departure.

My partner and I stayed in the apartment for a month, and we have felt from our arrival authentically at home, the very cozy place, the entrance to the beautiful and super nice building, and the very endearing and modern apartment, we loved the decor, the layout and the comfort it offered. The kitchen is super modern and is very well equipped, nothing is missing, the bathroom is very modern and you are super comfortable in it, the living room is very tasty and comfortable, perfect for rest and watching movies, and the bedroom phenomenal and beautiful, very spacious and cozy. It rests in luxury, there is no noise at all. Also the city is very clean and quiet, beautiful and with lots of things to do. At all times they have been aware of what we needed, responding very quickly and being very friendly at all times. It has been an unparalleled month, we recommend the apartment totally, and we will definitely repeat, thank you very much both!!!!

We had a great time! Nuria is very friendly and always attentive to us. We had a little problem with the hot water but it quickly fixed it. The house is a monad, better than the photos even. Views of the viewpoint are great. A super quiet place to disconnect 100% while you have everything you need. Thankyou Nuria for the stay! And thank you for that spectacular homemade jam.

We have been very comfortable, as in your own home. They accompanied us to the house for more clarity. It is located in a group of super tranquil casitas, where our dogs could go out quietly, half an hour from the capitals to visit. Very close there is a town with several supermarkets and restaurants with typical dishes.

Above all thanks to walter for its kindness , the house a 10 I felt like in mine it is a rural style house but it is close to everything I want to say that it is not isolated , I spent a weekend from Saturday to Monday I have no complaints the opposite I had read that if the airport was close and I could hear only 4 planes and normal no extreme noise and the road very close yes but normal car sounding. I give it a 5 on many things if it doesn't come out 5 stars for some reason would be because of the price I think it's a little high for the season, but I just leave this said for a non-critical suggestion each one straight their property as they want. No more, would you stay at Walter's place again? Yes. Aaa my dogs passed it luxury. Thank you Mil

Great host. Clear instructions, beautiful apartment with a romantic old style feeling. If visiting the area location can not be more central, a true gem. Felt better than home.

Well located,close to the village and well connected to other places of interest( bowls, lastres, gijon,etc...)Having private parking made it easy for us to move. The house was very clean and basic things are appreciated in the kitchen and bathroom. I even leave milk and cookies. Our dogs really enjoyed the surroundings and we really enjoyed the terrace with beautiful views. We will definitely repeat.

Our stay in luanco has been great. The apartment is comfortable, it has everything you need. The location is perfect, it is very close to the beach, which by the way is great and is equipped with all services, close to bars and restaurants and just below there is a park for the little ones, quite large. Patricia, her treatment, lovely, very attentive to help us in everything. As an observation, just check the temperature regulation of the faucets and I would consider replacing the mattress. In general the apartment is very good and is definitely totally recommended, along with Luanco

Great apartment in quiet and family friendly complex. Monica is a fantastic host - very friendly and responsive. Her recommendations for Luanco and surrounding areas made our visit special! Only drawback is that the swimming pool is not heated and rather cold , so barely used.

Fantastic place, well equipped flat, comfortable and centrally located, perfect for getting around both the village and base for car exits. Arturo is always attentive and pleasant.
