The place is very quiet, and the loft has just been renovated, retaining its rustic and practical character. It has a ground floor with direct access to the courtyard, featuring a kitchen, bathroom and living room, and an open-plan first floor with a double bed. NO PARTIES! Factory Descals is a historic building built in 1917 and classified as an asset of interest. The original building is the work of the reknown modernist architect Joan Roca i Pinet. It has two spaces, La Fàbrica, recently renovated to offer maximum comfort and design and the Pavilion, newly built and very cozy. Stay in a unique place in the heart of the city of Olot Book here the whole property for total privacy and up to 10 guests. Internet Wifi 300 MB.

The patio house

The patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. There is a huge dressing room in the beautiful entrance. From there, you will access an open space in which you will not find anything missing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.

El Cau d'en Quim

An oasis of tranquility. A cozy suite with a separate entrance. A nice, comfortable and very bright space. Three large windows overlook a beautiful courtyard decorated with vines, jasmine and flowering plants. Bicycles can be left in the courtyard under the stairs leading to the suite. A perfect place to rest. We recommend visiting the ancient Iberian-medieval town and the bridges that characterize the municipality. Quiet neighborhood and no parking issues.
