The place is very quiet, and the loft has just been renovated, retaining its rustic and practical character. It has a ground floor with direct access to the courtyard, featuring a kitchen, bathroom and living room, and an open-plan first floor with a double bed. Taking advantage of the perimeter of the main house, the renovation has resulted in an apartment attached to a swimming pool and an attached two-story house. The house and garden complex, plus the surrounding forest, could be defined as a combination of medieval civil architecture, updated with modern materials and design details.

Can Roure is a farmhouse built in the 18th century, located in a sunny valley within the Fageda d'en Jordà. The apartment is on the ground floor of the house, has a separate entrance, ideal for four people with an additional double sofa bed that allows up to 6 people. It is designed to enjoy outdoor life, in the middle of nature, without roads or cars nearby, it has a swimming pool and barbecue. It includes bed linen, towels and a washer and dryer for long stays.

Cabin with the best sunsets

It is a 1840 cabin, 100 m2, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. It's all on the same floor. It has a "porch" exit with tables and a barbecue. Outside the cabin is the swimming pool (fully fenced) that can be used at all times. The cabin is fully equipped with sheets, towels, kitchen utensils... 100 meters from the house is the farm (rabbits, chickens, cows, etc.) that can be visited at any time and a small riding school.

The patio house

The property consists of two independent dwellings on the same plot: the main house, where my granddaughter and I live, and La Casita del Patio, which is exclusively for guests. It has a large dressing room, a fully equipped open-plan space and two private terraces. The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, part of my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.
