Welcome to Mas Vinyoles, a country house in Les Gavarres, Girona, with two accommodations for 4 and 6 people, heating, a fireplace, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a swimming pool, and a garden with an orchard. The price includes access to bedrooms and bathrooms according to the number of people in the reservation. The accommodation is private; if there are two of you, one bedroom and one bathroom will be available, and the others will be closed. You can pay a surcharge to use more spaces. We offer you accommodation in a rural setting where you can enjoy spectacular views while taking a dip in the pool. The place is very quiet, and the loft has just been renovated, retaining its rustic and practical character. It has a ground floor with direct access to the courtyard, featuring a kitchen, bathroom and living room, and an open-plan first floor with a double bed. The patio is great for hanging out a breakfast or dinner in the cool. The pool is shared with us. BBQS ARE NOT ALLOWED

Maximum 5 people. Parties are not allowed. The house is situated on a hill 195 m above sea level in the heart of nature. Downstairs, 2 bedrooms measuring 3.1x3.8 m and 2.8x3.8 m are rented, each with its own bathroom measuring 2.2x2.5 m. The entrance to the rooms is independent. The host lives in the rest of the house. Guests rent 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a 50 m² saltwater pool, an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, a 30 m² porch with magnificent ocean views, a 200 m² garden, and parking.

27 m² accommodation on the ground floor, accessible by going down a staircase. Living area with 1 160 x 200 cm sofa bed and 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed. Bathroom, walk-in shower, toilet. BBQ on a garden terrace, all reserved exclusively for guests. Bedding is provided: Sheets, pillowcases and duvets. Towels, Towels. Shower gel. And for the kitchen: salt, pepper, sugar, tea. Filter coffee machine + Tassimo coffee machine. 2 coffee machines.

Can Martí is a studio, located on the ground floor of our house, with completely independent access. Ideal for couples. It is located in a very quiet area, overlooking "Les Gavarres", where you can spend a few days relaxing on the Costa Brava, where you will feel right at home, as one of our priorities is to respect your privacy. Its location allows you to visit wonderful beaches and tourist towns such as Palamós and Platja d'Aro in a few minutes by car.

Apartment in the heart of the old village

The apartment, with its beautiful adjoining and private terrace, is located in the heart of the old village, in a quiet area with its pedestrian streets. It is south-facing and air-conditioned. Within a 5-minute walk, you will find all amenities (town hall, post office, medical center, shops, restaurant). At about 800 m, you will discover, in their green setting, the 2 lakes of Saint Jean Pla de Corts (beach, swimming, water ski lift, tree climbing).

With two floors, with kitchen, dining room and living room on the ground floor, and bedroom with bathroom on the upper floor. Garden, pool and barbecue are shared with the main estate (property owners) The space is suitable for two adults. Not suitable for children or babies.

The patio house

The property consists of two independent dwellings on the same plot: the main house, where my granddaughter and I live, and La Casita del Patio, which is exclusively for guests. It has a large dressing room, a fully equipped open-plan space and two private terraces. The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, part of my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.

Relax and stay in the heart of nature, next to the Empordà. The loft is an annex to the main house with a separate entrance. The studio is fully equipped with everything you need for a weekend or longer stays. Shared pool with a beautiful view. The area is ideal for cycling or walking around.
