En la planta baja se alquilan 2 habitaciones de 3,1x3,8 m y 2,8x3,8 m con baño propio de 2,2x2,5 m. La entrada a las estancias es independiente. La anfitriona vive en el resto de casa. Los viajeros alquilan 2 habitaciones, baño, piscina de agua salada de 50 m², cocina exterior con barbacoa, porche con magníficas vistas al mar de 30m², jardín 200 m² y aparcamiento.

We offer you accommodation in a rural setting where you can enjoy spectacular views while taking a dip in the pool. The place is very quiet, and the loft has just been renovated, retaining its rustic and practical character. It has a ground floor with direct access to the courtyard, featuring a kitchen, bathroom and living room, and an open-plan first floor with a double bed. The patio is great for hanging out a breakfast or dinner in the cool. The pool is shared with us. BBQS ARE NOT ALLOWED

Hola, me llamó Gerard. Soy el anfitrión de @MYHOMEPARATI. Me gusta darles la intimidad que se merecen los huéspedes con su propia casa de invitados totalmente reformada en enero de 2024. Podrás disfrutar del espacio exterior para descansar así como de la piscina de uso privado durante la estancia. (Pero hay un poco de visiblidad exterior) Estacionamiento gratuito en el interior de la finca. La vivienda esta situada a 15 minutos de Barcelona y a pocos kilómetros de playas y otros centros.

The patio house

The property consists of two independent dwellings on the same plot: the main house, where my granddaughter and I live, and La Casita del Patio, which is exclusively for guests. It has a large dressing room, a fully equipped open-plan space and two private terraces. The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, part of my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.
