Downstairs is the kitchen, next to the dining room and living room. There is also a bathroom and laundry area. Upstairs we find the 3 bedrooms, one of which has a terrace and also a full bathroom.

Just by going through the portal you can find some of the best restaurants, bars and clothing stores. This is a fantastic place if you want to be close to the beach (2 minutes walking). The apartment is on the second floor with an elevator. It has air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
