Two large windows connect the house to the outside, where the porch invites you to enjoy the landscape. The decoration is minimalist and they dominate the clear tones and the wood. An ideal choice for any time of the year.

RCR invites you to discover its dream geography: the Vila territory, in the Bianya Valley, with forests, water, crops and animals, with the manor house, the Mill and the Masoveria Can Capsec. A land of dreams inspired by nature, in existing spaces to live in and spaces that will be filled with exploration and research. We are in the heart of Les Guilleries, at 950 m altitude in a "Protected Natural Space". It's a great place to rest and do activities. It is a restored farmhouse, with cozy, updated spaces and a rustic air. The environment allows you to isolate yourself from the world, (9 km of forest track in good condition). The nearest urban centre is 18 km away, but it is also close to interesting places to visit (historical, cultural, gastronomic...). The meadow is an extension of the apartment.

This building is part of an old Catalan farmhouse dating back to the early 15th century. It has been renovated in several phases, the last in 2018. Taking advantage of the perimeter of the main house, the rehabilitation has resulted in an apartment attached to a pool and an attached two-story house. The most garden house complex, plus the surrounding forest could be defined as a combination of medieval civil architecture, updated with modern materials and design details.

The environment favors an ideal disconnection, perfect for getting away from the busy city life.
