This is a beautiful apartment and you can’t fault the location. Equally close to the port and the beach and with access to the sea right on the doorstep. The nautical theme of the apartment was a nice feature and Kiek was a fabulous host. Very highly recommend!

Everything is incredible, the house is just like the photos , impeccable. Monica is attentive to every detail , very concerned, excellent host. A place that is 100% recommended. Ideal for a few days on family vacation.

Absolutely amazing place to stay, very clean. Comfy beds, the pool is just outstanding and the view is unreal. Loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. We will be back at this beautiful property in the future.

Quiet place. Recently renovated. Very helpful host who was easily accessible and helped us with, among other things, finding transportation and stuff. Flexible, tidy and close to the beach. Although we were there for a conference, it was still nice to be able to walk along the sea in the evening and in the morning. It is still quiet in May. I suspect it's much busier in the summer.

The stay in Salvador's apartment was wonderful. In the morning, from the beautiful roof terrace, direct view of the sea and the sunrise. Plenty of space on the terrace with a large dining table, sink and spacious barbecue area. The apartment is modern and fully equipped. Good bed with a comfortable mattress. Plenty of space in the cabinets. The balcony on the living level is a beautiful addition. Salvador was always easy to reach and got back to me immediately. We highly recommend the apartment. It was a beautiful apartment located next to the entrance of the old town and is a 10 minute walk to the closest beach. The place was well equipped and the hosts were very helpful. I would recommend if you want to get out of the big cities.

If you want to go from cottage to a quiet area,which has a bit of everything,and above all cleanliness, something that at least I value a lot,this is your home!We spent a weekend with friends and children,and the truth is that there was everything so as not to be cold or warm,very well equipped, thank you Amparo for lending us your house♡

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

For us it was a 10 stay. We had all the amenities that were described, and the host was always attentive to anything. We were able to enjoy our wedding weekend and take some beautiful photos with a castle in the background. The garden area with the terrace are great, and the pool was impeccable and clean, which we took advantage of with the heat. Thank you for everything! We will not hesitate to choose this stay again if the opportunity arises.

Everything was perfect, just as described. We had everything at our fingertips without a problem. Having a garage space is the best, without having to worry about parking. Right on the beach, you can get there in a few minutes on foot without any problems, we will definitely repeat

This accommodation is worth it for the breathtaking views of the city, a few minutes from the beach that you can reach by taking a short walk, the pool area and garden is very large and very beautiful. The apartment has everything... I would book again if we return to Benidorm and it is available. It was a success... my family and I loved it

Very comfortable apartment for 8 people. If 2 people want to sleep on the couch, 10 could also stay there for a short time. 2 toilets and bathroom. Barbecue and washing machine available. In addition, the excellent location: sea view, but it is less than 5 minutes from the apartment door to the sea, and only because the beach is so big. The 12th floor allows a fantastic view, we mostly walked the stairs, was no problem. Gandi: Perfectly maintained beach, restaurants everywhere with reasonable prices, the old town is also beautiful and public transport is sufficient (car is still recommended for longer distances).

The apartment is in a great area near the beach and the port, with many dining options. We went in a low tourist season, so it wasn't difficult to park, but in high season it may be very crowded. Continuous contact with Jose Luis for any aspect and signing of the contract showing total legality. The apartment is old but with everything you need for a family. These are holiday areas where prices are getting very expensive.

Beautiful spacious apartment with massive tarace with view on the beach and the sea. We were very warmly welcomed and we even got oranges from Cristina's garden. We loved every minute of the stay at Cristina's beautiful apartment.

We had a great time. The apartment is very comfortable and complete, it has everything you need, kitchenware, appliances, etc., it's also clean and the decoration is ideal. The pool of the complex is very large, with 2 slides, both my daughter and we had a great time, the beach bar is large and several tables. To go to the beach you have to walk about 5 meters but it is a pleasant walk. Sonia is very kind, we had good communication and she made everything very easy for us, she is a very good host, she had prepared a basket with breakfast products for us. We will definitely repeat.

Apartment as reflected in the ad, spacious, clean and bright. And it was cold, even though it was already quite hot, we didn't have to turn on the air conditioning any day. Beautiful terrace with sea views. Communal car park with own space, development with pool, 3 minutes' walk from the beach. Supermarkets 5 minutes' drive away. There are 2 supermarkets that open on Sundays, even if it's not high season. The hostess Nuria, and Maite who was the one who received us, were very kind at all times. Easy Check-in and Check-out Process. Upon arrival there was sugar, water, soap, kitchen paper, etc. in the house, useful things for the first day of stay. Apartment totally recommended.
