Beachfront holiday rental in Gandia

A perfect villa for a peaceful getaway in the sun. Lovely outdoor space and comfortable accommodation. It’s a short walk to the shops and about a 20 min walk to the beach and the old town.

This place has such incredible views. Its a fairly quiet area and private area, with a couple of beautiful callas nearby. It’s everything David listed and more!

We were very comfortable in this home. The place is cozy, everything was very clean and well kept. The towels were spotless and with a very pleasant aroma. In addition, Teresa had several details, such as leaving us coffee for breakfast, new scouring and cloth and personal care products such as gels, which is very much appreciated. Everything corresponded perfectly with what the listing indicated. Without question, a highly recommended stay.

You feel at home, it is comfortable and despite being surrounded by a lot of atmosphere, once you go up to the apartment you are isolated from noise. The air conditioning is great for those hot days, the location is great, you have the port and the fish market a stone's throw away and the beaches, depending on which one you like, there are several, small or large, also very close. Finally, a very good price for the quality of the accommodation.

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

We had two great weeks in Cullera and apartment was fantastic. Super beautiful view, quiet, equipped with everything and morning sun. You absolutely need a car to get to the apartment and can park there perfectly. You drive down the mountain and you are immediately at a very nice beach and in five minutes you are at the Consum supermarket. It is fifteen minutes to the station in Cullera, where a train to Valencia leaves every half hour. Public transport is practically free, you can't compete with that. There is a very nice hiking trail of about 14 km behind the apartment over the mountain and this also passes the castle in Cullera. At the bottom of the mountain on the left and then 10 minutes walk are the restaurants Benavent and Mare e Monti, in Cullera centre is Desi and further south by the river is Casa Salvador. Describing this accommodation in one word would be spectacular, the best view we've had of all the places we've been, the apartment is more beautiful than what you see in photos and the views are the plus, plus Alex is an excellent host, attentive and always willing, I'd love to return to this apartment, again thank you very much Alex for the experience and entrusting us with your apartment.

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

Absolutely recommended!! Were immediately warmly welcomed and everything was explained. Super nice accommodation where we immediately felt at home. Everything very clean and nicely designed. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We even got tips on where to eat. Amenities were perfect. You have everything you need. The owner also provided us with snacks and drinks upon arrival. We will be happy to come back.

The terrace is wonderful and access to the pool very refreshing.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Lola. Cat and Adam have furnished everything with a lot of love. Even the few house rules were creative and lovingly depicted in self-painted pictures. It was very clean and the surroundings were beautiful. Cat and Adam are very friendly and if our English was a little better, we would have liked to talk to them more. We can recommend Casa Lola 100% and have nothing to complain about. We hope to see you again.

We recently spent six wonderful days in a beautiful villa in Cullera, just half an hour's drive from Valencia. The villa is in a quiet, neat neighborhood and is ideally located within walking distance of the beach. What is immediately striking is that the house looks brand new. Everything is neatly finished, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the interior is tastefully decorated. There is more than enough space for a family, both inside and outside. The spacious terrace in particular invites you to eat outside and enjoy the Spanish sun. One of the big pluses was the beautiful private pool, which our children really couldn't get out of. Also practical: you can just park the car in the driveway, which is nice in this neighborhood. Cullera itself also has plenty to offer. The beach is wonderfully wide and clean, and a visit to the castle is definitely worth it. In short: a wonderful place where we immediately felt at home and close to Valencia!

Wow! What a location and what a view. The condo looked just like the pictures and the beach down below is the perfect family beach. You can wade out into the shallows for a good ways. Lovely town and people. Would go back in a heartbeat.

We stayed in this apartment for 4 days and the experience was unbeatable. From the first moment, communication with the host was clear, fast and very friendly. They welcomed us with everything ready. The apartment is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: full kitchen, comfortable beds, good water pressure in the shower, fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning that worked perfectly. In addition, everything was as shown in the photos (or even better!). The location is excellent. We feel very safe and comfortable at all times. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Gandía. If we come back, we'll repeat without thinking. Thank you for everything!

Sandra was a wonderful host, from start to finish. The apartment was better than described in a great location and all within walking distance to Calp area. The view from the apartment overlooking the sea and Ifach was superb! Very clean and would certainly use this apartment again if in the Calpe region again. Thanks Sandra!

Very good location, 50m to the beach. Instructions on how to operate the electric shutters with the remote control would be helpful.

Alfredo's treatment was exceptional both before and during the stay. He was attentive to our needs at all times and concerned that everything was correct. It is an accommodation that I recommend since it is on the beachfront and has everything very close. It's a quiet area and the pool was also very good. Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

Lovely apartment, beautiful views of the water. Very close to lots of restaurants and right on the beach. Ana was very responsive, helped us check in easily. We had to park in the gravel car park which is a few minutes walk away. Not a major issue but a bit tricky with luggage or shopping. Would stay again 😊

5 Stars – Exceptional Stay by the Sea in Cullera! Our stay in Cullera was nothing short of perfect, and this apartment played a big part in that! The location is fantastic – just a short walk to the beach, with beautiful views and easy access to restaurants. The apartment was spotless, well laid out, and very comfortable – everything was exactly as described (if not better!). It was also incredibly easy to access, which made check-in and check-out a breeze. What truly set this experience apart was the host. Isabel went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a relaxing and worry-free stay near the water in Cullera, this is the place.
