Family-friendly holiday rentals in Gandia

Second year in Claudio's apartment and delighted!!! We found everything the same or better, very good area, unbeatable pool, beach nearby and clean apartment with everything you need and with Mady as always super helpful and charming, we'll keep seeing each other!!

Wonderful. The stay was great. Very well-kept and quiet pools, quiet area, the cove is a sight to behold. The house is great, with all the amenities and unbeatable views. We will definitely be back and we recommend it.

The terrace views are fantastic, the place is clean and the kitchen and the living room are very spacious. In the kitchen you will find a lot of useful appliances. The host is very quick to answer and helpful. You get a lot of useful tips before you arrive to the house. Be mindful that a walk to the beach is not an option until you are a fan of long distances, but the view overlooking the bay fully compensates it. The stairs in the house are quite steep so be aware of that when traveling with little kids. The only minus I can find in this house is the fact that after a few (4-5) people took a warm shower, the rest of us had to wait about an hour for hot water to arrive, but it was not very burdensome. Overall, highly recommended!

Wonderful stay. The house is comfortable, it has everything you need to spend wonderful vacation days. Fully equipped, nothing is missing, comfortable bed and everything super clean and insect-free. The garden is a wonder to spend evenings and dine alfresco after a swim in the pool. Thank you Nando for being such a good host, see you next year

A breathtaking view from the loggia at night and during the day. The space is convenient and comfortable. The private underground parking space is a plus. The only downside was that we didn't know the pool was closed on that date. 2 steps from MUNDOMAR and AQUALANDIA.

I can all abbreviate in a word "excellence"Olga very attentive with everything and Tania who handed over the keys, always predisposed to the organization of us for entry and exit. The cleanliness of the place has to be highlighted, impeccable as it is difficult to meet such a place. They have a good team. The place is close to the beach you can walk, you have a supermarket very close. The place is perfect to disconnect a few days and have a great time.

Great place to stay and discover the area. Supermarket really close by and nice villages with great restaurants too. Comfy home and the kids loved the jacuzzi

We loved the Villa! As a party of four adults and two toddlers the villa was almost completely ideal. No stairs, play equipment, pool, lots of space to look for dragons (supervised). The pool has a large shallow step for the kids to play, the sun loungers were really comfy and there’s a outside bathroom so you don’t need to get water all over the living room floor to go to the bathroom. Plenty of parking. The villa was immaculately clean and well furnished. Plenty of storage space. The bedrooms had great shutters to make it really dark. The host was incredibly quick at responding as well and shorting out any issues. The dishwasher got blocked and it was fixed within 12hrs! Unfortunately the Hottub was not working (the host was unaware of this). He again there was someone coming to look at it almost immediately. They couldn’t get the part in time for our stay but the host compensated us. He provided a really helpful video to find the place. In essence it was almost perfect

Fantastic Villa and amazing location. Lovely host. Was so helpful and flexible. Very close to the tram, so easy access to Altea old town and surrounding areas. Beautiful location with amazing views. Perfect.

Alfredo's treatment was exceptional both before and during the stay. He was attentive to our needs at all times and concerned that everything was correct. It is an accommodation that I recommend since it is on the beachfront and has everything very close. It's a quiet area and the pool was also very good. Thanks again Alfredo for your wonderful attention, we will definitely repeat.

Lovingly decorated , well stocked apartment in a great location in the centre of Alcoi.

The stay in this beautiful apartment was fantastic for us. If you have any questions, you will always be helped, the bathroom and the apartment were clean and without sand (despite the proximity to the beach). The view is great and the way to the sea is done in 2 minutes.

The stay was great, 100 meters from the beach, which is beautiful, very few people and you can bring pets, the house is very close to coastal villages. The garden is very well kept, the house has everything, very clean, with good kitchenware, comfortable beds, and mosquito nets on all the windows, air conditioning although the house is very cool, there is a bathroom outside that is very practical to remove the sand before entering the house. Joana is very close and left us coffee, tea, sweets and a melon that we appreciated and she bought us some chairs for the beach, not a single complaint. Highly recommended.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa with its stunning sea view! We appreciated the earlier check in, plus a cot and high chair for our one year old granddaughter. The location was perfect - within walking distance of the port, shops and restaurants but also quiet and peaceful too.

we had a wonderful time at Cristina's. The apartment was spacious and clean. Cristina is a warm hostess who also spoiled us with nispelos and delicious oranges. The accommodation is a 5-minute drive from the beautiful old town and 15 minutes from the beautiful clean beach of Gandia.

We had an excellent stay in Calpe, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed, the location is perfect, with several shops and restaurants, pool and beach right in front. Alexander is a very nice, friendly, hospitable and helpful host, he was always available offering help at all times in case we needed anything, very flexible with check-in as we had a small problem with renting a car. We would definitely be happy to repeat our vacation in Alexander's apartment in the future, totally recommend Calpe and Alexander as a Host (5 stars). We felt at home. Thank you very 🤗🤗 much Alexander for everything. 😊

We absolutely loved our stay at La cometa , Karine was a super host extremely responsive , we had no issues at all , everything was very clear and Karine checked all was ok which it was. Area we know very well , it’s a fabulous location with lots of culinary options , bars , lovely shops , supermarkets etc . The villa was very clean , a lovely large pool , views from allover the villa . Roof terrace beautiful, bbq area perfect thouroughly enjoyed the outside kitchen . Boules area and pool toys , very equipt for young children , ours are grown up teenagers and they enjoyed it . Garden and plants gorgeous has a lovely feel . Pool man comes twice a week no issue for us , we were home each time , he is very pleasant . We didn’t really watch tv as it was super hot July and no need for it , spent most of the two weeks in the pool allday ! . We would definitely book the villa again lovely lovely find! Great place to stay with young children, especially the pool and the lovely garden/ play area. Rural location so car is essential for shops and restaurants etc. but all easily reached in about 10 minutes. Also great beach nearby. Basic accommodation, very clean and comfortable and we used the outside area for all meals and drinks, also great outside barbecue. Well equipped kitchen, villa itself needs some attention, we had a couple of issues during our stay but Miguel was very helpful and fixed the problems immediately. We had a great time and would recommend this villa to other families. Bring basic essentials with you if arriving late at night as we had no water/ milk which would have been useful. We would love to come back.

The place was just great! It looked even more beautiful than in the pictures. Everything was prepared and clean upon our arrival. The pool and outdoor kitchen are a real highlight. The sea can be reached in 2 minutes, and there are numerous good restaurants on the promenade. Malin's housekeeper was always available and had good tips for the area. Perfect for groups, each bedroom has its own bathroom. We felt right at home.

Very comfortable apartment for 8 people. If 2 people want to sleep on the couch, 10 could also stay there for a short time. 2 toilets and bathroom. Barbecue and washing machine available. In addition, the excellent location: sea view, but it is less than 5 minutes from the apartment door to the sea, and only because the beach is so big. The 12th floor allows a fantastic view, we mostly walked the stairs, was no problem. Gandi: Perfectly maintained beach, restaurants everywhere with reasonable prices, the old town is also beautiful and public transport is sufficient (car is still recommended for longer distances).

The apartment was clean and spacious and it was a great bonus having 2 bathrooms! Although the apartment was comfortable, and in a great location close to the beach, restaurants and a Spar for groceries, there are a few simple things missing that would've made the stay more comfortable: 1) both shower holders face directly out, so you have to hold the shower head in your hand to shower, and the shower cubicle is very small - a tight fit for any larger person. 2) Although we booked for 3 adults and the apartment can accommodate 4 people, there were only 2 small cups for tea/coffee and very few bowls and plates etc. 3) No extra blankets in the bedrooms. Sadly we didn't have the best weather during our time in Spain and it was quite cold at night, with only a thin sheet on the bed. The host Jose Luis was very flexible, friendly and helpful, if we were staying longer we would have asked for blankets etc. and I'm sure he would have assisted with providing them.

Everything was perfect at Mavi’s place. We had a comfortable stay and really enjoyed the terrace and pool. Would definitely recommend. We will be back!
