This spacious boutique apartment blends history, light and comfort in a space designed to be enjoyed at your own pace. The high ceilings, original mouldings and handcrafted hydraulic floors reflect the building’s modernist heritage, while the contemporary décor adds warmth, style and sophistication. With 40 m², the apartment is designed to offer comfort and privacy for two people. It features a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a cosy living area where you can relax, read or enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. If you are travelling for work, there is a large desk that allows you to work comfortably with plenty of natural light and high-speed Wi-Fi connection. The kitchenette (small kitchen) is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, full cookware, tableware and glassware, allowing you to prepare a light meal or enjoy a slow breakfast at home. The bathroom includes a shower, hairdryer and toiletries (gel, shampoo and body milk), as well as bathrobes and slippers for extra comfort. The apartment also offers air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV and a minibar with extra charge. On the ground floor you’ll find a shared laundry area with washing machine, dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board available for guests. The perfect accommodation for a romantic getaway. 40 m² penthouse apartment on the second floor of the building with a 15 m² private terrace featuring a solarium, hammocks and an indoor jacuzzi. It has a living room-kitchen area with access to a small balcony and a high bar, a bedroom area with a queen-size bed (150x190), and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower and access to a second balcony. Without a doubt, L'Penthouse is our Star Apartment, ¡with terrace-solarium and private jacuzzi! Our obsession with taking care of the details is appreciated in every corner of a stay set in the Mediterranean-chic style and fully equipped for your maximum comfort: Lounge area with sofa and TV with the APPs Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc, air conditioning and heating installation. Kitchen area, fully equipped, with kitchenware for 2 people, high bar and stools, free fridge CREATED with freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. It has access to small balcony that has a table and outdoor chair. The building does not have an elevator, to reach our apartment-tico you have to walk up to the second floor of the building. There is no daily cleaning service/linen change/towels.
