I spent two weeks or so in the property and enjoyed it greatly! The apartment is fully equipped and very beautifully designed! The apartment is very clean and well maintained! It is located in a very organized and well taken care of plantation with amazing view to the hills around! There is a largepool and a very nice sitting area around it. The owners Simon and his wife are very kind, attentive !and welcoming! I can warmly recommend staying in this property

This apartment really is a very good place to stay. I cant say something bad about it. Everything about this wen smooth except for the entrance in the apartment that you have to type the code every time. for us it was definitely a 5 star stay.

Beautiful spacious apartment with massive tarace with view on the beach and the sea. We were very warmly welcomed and we even got oranges from Cristina's garden. We loved every minute of the stay at Cristina's beautiful apartment.

We had a great time. The apartment is very comfortable and complete, it has everything you need, kitchenware, appliances, etc., it's also clean and the decoration is ideal. The pool of the complex is very large, with 2 slides, both my daughter and we had a great time, the beach bar is large and several tables. To go to the beach you have to walk about 5 meters but it is a pleasant walk. Sonia is very kind, we had good communication and she made everything very easy for us, she is a very good host, she had prepared a basket with breakfast products for us. We will definitely repeat.

A very pleasant stay. Everything was very clean and it was very well equipped. The hostess and her son are very kind and attentive to everything. Close to the beach, 10 minutes' walk and a very quiet area. The 10-star development with all the care. It's a place I'd repeat without hesitation.

It has everything. Even chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Clean, tidy and with a simple but very nice decoration. Perfect terrace to relax and with all the amenities you might need. Just like home. Ximo was very attentive and kind in everything.

An absolute DREAM. The cutest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, hands down (and so reasonably priced). The location also could not have been better! We loved the views of the sea, the comfy beds, and most of all, RJ & Richard ❤️ They went above and beyond. Counting down the days till our next stay!

We really liked the comfort and accessibility, the sea views and the direct access to the beach. The apartment is very comfortable, with a fairly large terrace. We extended for one more night, as we were very comfortable. The host was very attentive during the stay, and also offered us very clear instructions for the arrival.

We had a wonderful stay of three nights in Raul's apartment in Xàbia. The communication in advance and during our stay was completely uncomplicated – we were warmly welcomed and felt comfortable from the beginning. The apartment is equipped with everything you would need for a relaxed stay. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful balcony, which was a pleasant retreat even on warm days thanks to sufficient shade. Another highlight was the two deckchairs, which you could comfortably take to the pool – a great addition! Xàbia itself absolutely delighted us: the sandy beach is fantastically beautiful, the water is crystal clear, and the beach promenade offers many great restaurants with a direct view of the sea. In June, the place was pleasantly quiet and not crowded at all - perfect for relaxing. We would come back anytime and can fully recommend the place. Many thanks to Raul for the wonderful time!

Thank you very much, Clotilde, for a wonderful stay and your great hospitality. We arrived a little late and were greeted with a large fruit basket. The apartment was perfect, and contains everything you need for a successful holiday. The terrace with the beautiful view is absolutely beautiful and is a nice place to drink your morning coffee. Right below the apartment there is a nice beach promenade that takes you into the city. Altea has many good restaurants and the old town is really charming. On the last day, we had a late return flight to Norway and were able to borrow the apartment for free for a few extra hours. I'd love to come back to Clotilde's cozy apartment.

The stay was fantastic, so much so that it's a shame to leave, my son had an unforgettable time and the adults too hehehe.

This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

The stock of ameneties here was better than many of the places we have stayed during our trip. The ground floor makes access and luggage hauling very easy. Ismailly was an excellent host. The only minor issue is the building door key - it is not a perfect fit and requires some finesse to unlock by just slightly removing the key.

Excellent place, recommended for a couple, very comfortable. The best thing is the views of the sea and the city of Altea. You need a car if you want to go shopping and get around. Beautiful beaches to walk to from the property.

We stayed in the apartment as a family of 5, the place was spacious, bright and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped, we had plenty glassware and crockery. The only things we were missing were the basic kitchen cupboard items (sugar/salt/oil), but the supermarket was 5min walkway. We enjoyed the huge balcony for outdoor breakfasts with the sea view <3 . The place is located super close, walkable in less than 10mins to the beach! Also… the beds were very comfortable. Thank you for hosting us Francisco!

The perfect place to disconnect with the family. The house is as shown in the listing, and the pools are spectacular, so you don't go out all day! Yes, you need the car for everything, but both the beach and the shops of interest are 10 minutes away. We would definitely repeat!

Really enjoyed the whole accommodation both indoor and outdoor with everything catered for. The whole complex is very well maintained and the pool was lovely. The beach is immediately accessible from the pool area and was never crowded and had safe bathing. Good choice of local restaurants and a use Spar supermarket only 200 metres away.

Victoria and Daniel could not have been more attentive, warm and friendly. Their willingness to help was just so amazing!! Their response to our messages was immediate. They treated us more like family from the time we arrived - and even before that by insisting they meet us at the bus station and dropping us off at the end of our stay. Be in no doubt, Victoria and Daniel deserve more stars than we are able to give them.

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Already looking forward to our next visit, missing the views already. Thank you xx

Wow! This apartment is truly stunning! it is lovely on the photos but even better in real life. The moment we arrived I knew we were going to enjoy a brilliant week in Albir. Corrine is a super host and her attention to detail in the apartment is second to none, everything you could need has been thought of and provided. The apartment is stylish, spacious and everything is of the highest quality. We loved using the terrace, which is a sun trap during the day and also enjoyed using the pool located a short walk out the main entrance. All the shops, bars and restaurants are located within easy distance and the beach is round the corner too. We used the bus service ( number 10) on the main road to go both ways, one day to Benidorm and one day to Altea. There is also a brilliant supermarket 5 mins walk from the apartment. You will not find a better apartment than this and we are already looking forward to returning soon. Thank You so much Corrine for letting us stay in your wonderful home!

Magnificent stay at José Luis's place: We are a family of 5 for whom the 3 bedrooms, the 2 full bathrooms, the spacious living room, the kitchen with everything you need including dishwasher and all kinds of small appliances and kitchenware and the Beautiful terrace overlooking the manicured garden and the huge pool HAVE BEEN PERFECT. In addition, the orientation of the terrace is towards the sea and the bedrooms, in a straight line, backwards, that is, towards the mountain, so the natural air stream that was created with the help of all the fans in the house made it very bearable the intense wave of sticky heat that touched us…. The house is a third floor, with elevator and garage, with a physical doorman due to everything and with a 100% family atmosphere with really lovely neighbors and lifeguards in the pool attentive to everything. Super comfortable beds and pillows, very large closets with all kinds of perchas and in fourth line of one of the best beaches in Spain.
