The courtyard is lush and a small part is secluded for residents in the owners' smaller apartment. Access is available to free garage parking for one car. Sheets and towels are not included. Towels and bed sheets are included. There is the possibility of making the sofa into a bed if you think it will be too crowded for 2 people in the bed. Sheets are in the cupboard in the bathroom.

On the lower floor, there is sleeping accommodation for an additional 2 people on the sofa (2 x 60x190). Ystad train station is 200 meters away and to the beach you walk in about 10 minutes.

The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance.
