Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Charming townhouse in central Ystad

Charming townhouse on a quiet street in Ystad's old town center. The house is a stone's throw from the monastery with a nice herb garden and rose garden. Close to the pedestrian street with shops, restaurants, cafés, square trade and marina and cozy marina. Ystad's saltwater swimming pool with SPA and Sandskogen with its nice white beach is nearby east of the center. Here you get the opportunity to stroll around among cobblestone alleys and half-timbered houses. If you want a more active vacation, there are nice running tracks, tennis/padel and golf in the nearby area.

Guest house of approx. 50 sqm, a few kilometres outside Ystad. Here you live quietly and peacefully right next to the fields in a farm environment. Outside the patio door, there is a private patio facing south. Car can be parked right outside the house. In the house, there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180 cm), and on the sleeping loft, which is accessed via a stepladder, there are two single beds (90 cm x 2). Cot is available to borrow. The bike path will take you all the way to Ystad (about 7 km to the city center), there are bikes to borrow.

On the second floor, there is a nice living room, toilet and 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, bunk bed and small balcony. The other with a double bed and sofa bed in the adjoining room. Ystad train station is 200 meters away and the beach is about a 10-minute walk.

Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.
