We loved this home, and Mats was a truly wonderful host. His gracious hospitality made us feel so welcome, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay, even finding a bike trailer for our young boys to enjoy and stocking the kitchen with thoughtful treats just for them. The house itself is cozy, comfortable, spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and set in a gorgeous forested area close enough to the sea to hear the waves from the back porch. Our stay was so relaxing and we can’t wait to return for another lovely holiday!

Very cozy little house. It is very well located with close distance to many different excursions. Camilla is a super host and be incredibly helpful while we stayed in the house. Camilla really did everything and then some for us.

We spent a few days for NYE at Bibi's amazing cottage by the beach. Our dog loved the surrounding, perfect for relaxing long walks. We loved the very comfortable bed, with a huge tv to enjoy and cozy fireplace by the couch to unwind on. Here you can find everything you need (washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, smart tv, great wifi,...) while relaxing in this charming cottage, just a drive away from many interesting location/villages. The hosts were always available to answer any questions we had, and they provided a lot of details and suggestions about the house and surroundings. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

We were warmly welcomed by Mikaela and the whole family. Nice and nice cabin, personally decorated. Multiple patios/ patio areas. Perfect to eat breakfast in the corner by the door. Fun with different animals in the yard. We got many different suggestions for places to visit in the surroundings. Mikaela and Svante with family and the cottage is highly recommended.

This was heavenly, literally with your feet in the water. What a view. Emma was very helpful and your peace and privacy is assured. Simrishamn, Knäbäckhussenstrand, ... all nearby. We can only be grateful that we were able to stay here and hopeful that we can come back again. An absolute must!

We had a wonderful stay at Anders’ house and felt at home right away. Waking up to birdsong and enjoying our morning coffee in the sun was incredibly relaxing. The garden was perfect for our dog, with direct access to the forest for peaceful walks. It was also a great base for exploring Malmö, Lund and Copenhagen. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great stay, what a lovely place this is! The house is nice and comfortable and has a huge garden. A quiet surrounding but still a lot to do, it’s close to the beach. Maria and Marcus were very kind and helpful.

Very nice, stylish and above all top well-kept little cottage, equipped with everything you need. Håkan welcomed us in a very friendly way. We were completely satisfied and recommend the house and the host with a clear conscience.

We felt really welcome with flowers, sweets and welcome letters. The accommodation has everything you need and a nice well-made bed. Wisteria outside the door and a small seating area. Walking distance to the harbour with restaurants and Ginbar at Skillinge Theatre.

Cozy pool house that feels private even though its located on Anna-Karin's property. Big plus it includes sheets, towels and cleaning. Good starting point for getting around on Österlen by car. Also located a great restaurant right around the corner. Thank you for your kind response:)

I had the most perfect stay! The house was sparkling clean and tastefully decorated, just as described. Kirstine was incredibly sweet and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Everything was top notch and I really felt at home. Highly recommend!

I have used Airbnb for many years, but this is undoubtedly the best host I have had! Very good communication skills, very pleasant to talk to and also willing to compromise. Only positive about the host. The accommodation was completely spotless. Large pool, many social areas to hang out in, both in the house and outside the house in the courtyard. Overall, a very cozy environment! I will undoubtedly book this again.

Super nice accommodation with everything you need for a stay in Åhus. Very affordable and spacious, we got much better accommodation for a cheaper price than those who stayed at the hotel next door. Very satisfied. Will be happy to come back :)

We enjoyed our time in your guesthouse very much during our weeklong vacation over New Years. It was very lovely, our family of four had all we needed, and the best of all was that we really were able to enjoy a very quiet New Year’s Eve here with our doggy away from the all loud fireworks! A great location to relax and recharge your batteries. The House is nicely decorated, so you feel right at home. Very well-equipped kitchen, great barbecue. We felt great and would come back anytime.

A fabulous place to stay! We had 5 wonderful days in this tiny cottage wich literaly has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We were very lucky with the weather. Slow mornings on the quiet patio, beachwalks, village exploring, more walks, coming back to enjoy the peace and quiet while reading and an evening stroll in the garden to watch the colorful sunset skies. The kitchen had everything single thing you need, the bed was so comfy and communication with Mathilda and Rickard were always quick and friendly. We extended our stay with an extra night ( wich was luckily possible) and I think that says enough: we did not want to leave. Traveling with a very shy dog is sometimes challenging, but this place was perfect for her. I really would love to come over again one day and explore more of this beautiful area. The cottage is enchantingly located on a large plot of land with old trees and belongs to a manor house. It is rural and absolutely quiet. The closest supermarket is about 9 km away and the sea is about 13 km away. You definitely need a car to get around easily. The house is cozy and very nicely decorated. The bathroom is small and the (very cozy) bed is under the sloping roof. Djon is a great host with lots of helpful tips regarding food and the surrounding area.

Helpful and nice hosts. The accommodation matched the description and left the feeling that everything was in place. Easy to move in, will gladly come back!
