On the second floor, there is a nice living room, toilet and 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, bunk bed and small balcony. The other with a double bed and sofa bed in the adjoining room. Ystad train station is 200 meters away and the beach is about a 10-minute walk.

On the 5th floor, there are three bedrooms, one of which has a toilet and bathtub. The floors can be reached by elevator or spiral staircase. Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance.
