Apartment holiday rentals in Gamla Staden-Sandskogen

We stayed in Johan's apartment for 6 nights with 4 people. The apartment is very nicely decorated and comfortably furnished. We were able to sleep wonderfully in the beds. The open kitchen/kitchen-living room our main place to stay. Although we didn't have good weather, time hasn't been long for us. We met Johan. He is very nice and took good care of us. Cissi was very kind and made us feel welcome. She always responded quickly to our messages. The apartment was cozy, clean and the perfect size for 2 people. The bed was comfortable, too! It had a cute outdoor spot which we enjoyed and we were easily able to walk back and forth to central Lund (10 min.). Grocery store just across the road (open until 10pm) .

Stayed here already a few times and it is always nice.

Great place and great location!

Very nice apartment, everything available, located in a quiet residential area. Easy to reach, bus stop around the corner. Beach within walking distance. The hostess is very friendly and helpful, we felt very comfortable.

Nasek is a lovely host and has put together a beautiful apartment. It is a bit outside of the city but very well-connected via public transport 😊

In one of the prettiest corners of Lund old town this single room apartment is within walking distance to everything and provides a place to relax in between sightseeing. Mats was welcoming and always responsive. The fragrance of roses and peonies flowering in the garden was memorable.

Incredibly nice and practical little crawl space in central Lund. The area is picturesque and looks like something you could have seen on a postcard. Oscar was nice and helpful and had prepared everything in a smooth way so that everything flowed well. Can highly recommend if you want to have a shorter stay in Lund and be close to most things and at the same time stay very nicely!

What a nice place. We felt right at home. Cozy and clean, not very big, but perfect for the three of us. Ideal that there are 2 toilets and the large table in the kitchen part overlooking the garden. As a tea bag, I missed a kettle, but as a Dutch pleasantly surprised that there were just 2 keigoede cheese bars in the drawer. The fact that windows can't be opened took some getting used to. But with the highest temperatures outside, it was a comfortable temperature inside. And it also made sense that your train hardly heard. Perfect base for trips to Ystad, Ales Stenar, Kivik, Olof Viktors bakery, Olaols, Fransans creperie, Prastens Badkar or rail bikes at Tomelilla. Not to mention nice contact with Palle and Lena. Thank you!

We felt very comfortable right away. Everything was clean and neatly equipped. Jan also immediately provided us with a lot of tips on our request. We would come any time.

We enjoyed very much our stay at Jon’s apartment. Nice, spacious, comfortable and peaceful.

We had a nice 10-day stay in Martin's flat. The flat is as described and seems even bigger than on the photos. It was very clean and well equipped. There were a lot of kitchen utensils in the kitchen, a comfortable sofa, a TV with Swedish cable television, two nice dining areas and a lot of storage space. The location is really good. There are various (also Express-) busses close by. It's also easy to walk into the city centre or to Möllevangen. The train station Triangeln is also close by. There are two supermarkets and various late shops in the area and also a lot of restaurants. Despite the fact that the flat is overlooking a large street, the flat seemed quiet when the windows were closed (it was winter). Martin was very nice and the communication was perfect. The only drawback are the very soft beds. So if you have severe back problems this might not be for you.

We stayed in Kent's apartment for two nights, two adults, two children and two small dogs. For us it was perfect location. Kent responded super quickly to our request as we booked the same day we were going to arrive and he also met us when we arrived late on a weekday night outside the property and showed us around. Very nice reception! The apartment had everything we needed. Loved the floors and the bedroom door and the cozy decor. And a plus with a small nice garden. 5-10 min drive to the beach. Would love to come back!

Very nice little very cozy house, ideal for discovering the south east of the Swedish coast, megalithic sites etc... Definitely go see Ales Sterna, but visit IN the MORNING or after 7PM if you want to avoid hordes of misbehaved tourists.

The place is brand new and fresh. The location is great close to the beach, grocery store, best ice cream in Beddinge and mini golf. When the host has completed the home with some small things, it is complete, even for a family with children. Mikael is nice and easy to communicate with. He responds quickly and I get the impression that he would make an extra effort if anything around the place it would mess. We talked several times for the visit. We recommend both Mikael and the accommodation in Beddinge.

We had a very cozy and lovely stay! We were granted privacy in our apartment, but Camilla was very friendly and provided lots of recommendations for us. Location is perfectly central to grocery stores, train station, bus stops, beach, etc. Overall the stay was perfect for us!
