Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 metres to a beach with a jetty and beach bar. Fall asleep and wake up to the noise of waves. Two beds where you are located on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two hot plates, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large terrace, gas grill. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Guest house overlooking the fields.

Guest house of approx. 50 sqm, a few kilometres outside Ystad. Here you live quietly and peacefully right next to the fields in a farm environment. Outside the patio door, there is a private patio facing south. Car can be parked right outside the house. In the house, there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180 cm), and on the sleeping loft, which is accessed via a stepladder, there are two single beds (90 cm x 2). Cot is available to borrow. The bike path will take you all the way to Ystad (about 7 km to the city center), there are bikes to borrow.

At Stallgatan 12A, as central as it gets, you will find this beautiful timber-framed house with its own courtyard. Quiet and convenient location, just a stone's throw from the pedestrian street and everything Ystad has to offer. Entrance floor offers a living room, bathroom and kitchen. On the second floor, there is a nice living room, toilet and 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, bunk bed and small balcony. The other with a double bed and sofa bed in the adjoining room. Ystad train station is 200 meters away and the beach is about a 10-minute walk.

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with the possibility of swimming in the indoor pool and socializing in a rural and peaceful environment. You have your own, complete household and take care of yourselves, with the host family on hand if you need help with anything. Sheets, towels and final cleaning are included in the rent. Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

In the area, there is also access to a shop, pizzeria, outdoor swimming, Ystad golf club, etc. 150 meters to the bus stop towards Ystad or Simrishamn.
