From the house you have a panoramic view of the sea reached 100 m below the plot (a road between). The garden is fenced and located on the corner plot. Balcony and fixed grill for charcoal. Play equipment in the garden, playhouse, sitting area for children, sandbox, railing, several swings and rope ladders in the trees, baby swing. Parking with room for several cars. Trains to Ystad and Simrishamn or Malmö/Copenhagen only 5 min walk.

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Large and spacious kitchen and laundry room with washing machine. A 5-minute walk takes you to the beach where you can enjoy fantastic views of Hammars hills and Ystad. In the area, there is also access to a shop, pizzeria, outdoor swimming, Ystad golf club, etc. 150 meters to the bus stop towards Ystad or Simrishamn.
