Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Forest of Fontainebleau

We only stayed one night in the apartment but it gave us full satisfaction. Located in the city center, it is within 10 minutes of the historic city center and pedestrian streets. Completely renovated, it has two separate bedrooms and a living room.

Nice apartment matches the photos. Very good hospitality from Rokia. She quickly moved around to fix a light issue.

We stayed at Sophie's for 7 weeks and felt right at home! Sophie is a wonderfully relaxed hostess. Her house is cosy and her garden is an amazing space even in late winter/early spring when the weather is changeable. We had a problem with the washing machine (not Sophie's fault) and Sophie was on it, and got it fixed pronto. Sophie is super responsive. She speaks perfect English (if your French isn't so good).

Anthony offers a nice apartment, accessible and welcoming. A good choice to spend a few days in the region

Very quiet, very clean and bright accommodation. The surrounding villages are very pretty. The hosts are very welcoming, communication is easy. There is everything you need for a very good stay.

Very good stay for us, with respected privacy and a superb welcome from our host who introduced us to the apartment and took the time to explain the different operations. When we arrived the accommodation was clean. Plus, there's a nice place to put the car on. The owner of the BnB is responsive, and very affordable. I would highly recommend this BnB.

Lovely place, plenty of good amenities and a really lovely host. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Fontainebleau (as myself and my group did to go climbing). Quiet location in the beautiful French countryside.

Warm , cozy house. Lots of space and very well equipped

A very large, airy flat. It was easy to find, the host was very helpful and responsive to our enquiries. The beautiful Bella the dog was a great extra!

Absolutely incredible property and even better than the photo's. Really peaceful and quiet area and the outdoor pool, table tennis, boules, badminton, and pool table kept us entertained. Nice villages nearby and Fontainebleau (20 mins) is a must. Also got the train to Paris which takes one hour. House was spotlessly clean and the hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout. A slight shame the bikes weren't useable as there are great forest tracks on the doorstep, but otherwise a perfect week away. Thank you!

Very accurate pictures, but the place didn’t have a/c on rooms (needed on summer), also the descriptions indicate dryer but didn’t have it. The room furniture and closet was full of personal belongings. The kitchen was full equipment, from the balcony had a wonderful view. Convenient 2 bathrooms.

Back again. As in the photos, it is always available, everything is nearby, nothing to say, I would recommend it. 🔥🔥🔥

Well decorated and clean accommodation. Impeccable bedding, the four of us slept well in the accommodation. Beware of small sizes, the bowls are in the top cupboard, I had to call on my son 1.70 m...😅 and if you put the car in the garage don't forget to take it out before your departure because you need the remote control to open the gate from the inside. Otherwise pleasant stay.
