Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Cottage on the edge of a 1.8 ha pond, in an 18 ha property with 2-seater hot tub on the outdoor terrace. Direct access to the Paris-London greenway (Chaussy – Gisors section) and the Epte (1st category river) for your walks, bike and kayak rides. Property without neighbors, without any noise. In the Val d'Oise, 10 minutes from Magny-en-Vexin (A15 highway), 10 minutes from the Villarceaux Golf Course and 20 minutes from the Impressionism Museum (Claude Monet Foundation – Giverny).

Nathalie and Jean-Michel offer you their apartment, which is their main residence, within the limit of 90 days per year. 70 m2 on a high floor with panoramic terrace (30 m2) in Paris at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, in a very quiet and secure residence with a security guard. A suite with a bedroom (bed 160-190), dressing room, bathroom, toilet. A living room with a sofa bed (160-190), kitchen. Many nearby restaurants and shops. Very central location with metro, bus nearby.

The passage of the sorcerers near Disney

The cottage, located 35 minutes from Disney by car, is reminiscent of the world of a famous young wizard and that of a medieval castle. Moreover, elements of the decoration come from castles and ancient monasteries! The entrance houses a secret passage that allows access to the upper floors... Brooms can park in front of the cottage. An "almost bus" can pick up to 4 people at the SNCF train station, depending on the schedule. (Navigo pass ok) Shops are 800 m away.
