The apartment is in a very good location, close to shops, which is really convenient. Despite the nearby RER, the accommodation is quiet and I slept very well. Everything was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. A real little cocoon perfect for relaxing. I recommend it without hesitating and would be happy to come back!

The first impression was – WOW, what a luxurious apartment! Aesthetically decorated, modern, new and very clean. We were absolutely thrilled. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. There were little surprises prepared for us. We slept in complete darkness thanks to the electric blinds. There was a path to the forest right across the road. The location is close to the city (about 20 min. walk), but at the same time in a quiet environment where you could hear the birds and enjoy the beautiful sunset. Isabelle was a great host and we would definitely come back to her again in 2026. If you are looking for accommodation where you don't have to deal with anything, you have just found it.

A charming accommodation in a quiet area while being close to Paris. The accommodation is very well equipped. Having basic products (coffee, tea, sugar, oil, etc.) is a real plus, especially when you're staying for a short time. Shahrazad is a very kind and caring hostess.

The place was clean, comfortable, easy to access everything was perfect, really felt like home. Charlie was also very kind and helpful. I will definitely come back.

For the price, the private spa side is very good. The only downside, but consistent with the price, is that there is no terrace or any outdoor area, to breathe a different air than that of the interior, which can be taken by the heat and humidity of the spa. And the outside immediately opens onto the street with passage. That said, there is the ceiling fan that helps to dehumidify, the steam room that also has a cold and hot shower (the shower is great, by the way). Many things are well thought out (speaker behind the head when watching a movie in the jacuzzi with bubble noise, for example, screen visible from both sides). The tub is very good. The steam room works very well too. The bed is comfortable. The reception is great, with enough to cool off (even if you have to pay). The studio is not very large, but well optimised for 2 people.

Lovely flat - we really liked the outdoor area. There was an issue we identified with one of the shutters on arrival but it was fixed promptly. We would be very happy to stay here again.

Excellent value! I had everything that I needed for a two week stay. The entire apartment was clean. The shower had hot water and amazing water pressure. The bed was extremely comfortable. There were ample kitchen pots and pans, etc. I will definitely choose this place if I find myself in Etampes again!

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. It was located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, full of walking areas. It is easy to get to the RER station and then Paris. I'm very happy with the trip and I recommend this airbnb.

Chic and very clean accommodation. Amazing bedding I was able to enjoy the outdoors which is great (garden furniture...). Vigilance point on steep stairs to go up to the bedroom. Breakfast included with a top jam roll I highly recommend it.

It was a great experience, a clean and tidy apartment, the location was easy to find, and the owner was very attentive to introduce us to the surrounding amenities, which was great!
