It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very comfortable, clean and perfect for families with kids. Our little ones immediately felt comfortable – there was enough space to play and even a few toys on site. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and always responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

Fantastic place with everything you need! Really an oasis a good distance from the city. In order to recover from the busy city, this is highly recommended The pool and garden is lovely and the house is cozy and has everything you need. Beautifully located on the outskirts of the forest.

Perfect place to spend an night near Parc Asterix and Paris! Very cozy and clean, as is the same on the listing. On the very practical side, check-in is self-contained, without time constraints with all the complete explanations. Very good communication with Siham. Advise without hesitation!

We had a great stay, our children were often able to swim and we could sit and dine in the garden. The cat and turtles came by regularly. In the house you can find everything you need. Sophia is very nice and responds very quickly. The cottage is not big (as you can also see in the pictures) and is quite noisy, the kids woke up when my husband started making coffee, but we later came up with something to do, put the coffee maker in the bathroom:) we enjoyed it very much and the weather was beautiful

This place was amazing! Best AirBnb we stayed at so far! We were a group that for 8 including a one year old. The house/garden was very beautiful, spacious and the driveway was big enough two large cars. We enjoyed stay and will book again if we are visiting the area again.

Nothing to say very well equipped accommodation my son and it is engaged. We have a very good time very responsive at any time. This is a perfect place for a short stay in Paris. It is very convenient for the metro line, just a 5 minute walk. There are good restaurants nearby and the house is in close proximity to a supermarket and boulangerie. The host and hostess were most welcoming, even coming around with croissants on our first morning. The house is spacious and very clean - it is equipped with all the mod-cons. We would be delighted to stay there again.

Spacious, nicely decorated, well heated and well maintained house. Well located on the outskirts of Paris in an unexpected setting. Christine the owner is very friendly and accommodating. Small bottle of white to give us a welcome. The cat Louna made our stay with the kids even more enjoyable. Thanks to Christine and her family.

Very friendly host, very quiet and pleasant accommodation near shops

I just spent a week in the accommodation, I was greeted by Axelle's sociable daddy smile warm and very clear about the intructions, the small house was clean and well equipped, the inner courtyard is a plus as well as the location to park his vehicle. I would highly recommend this property. I don't understand the two negative reviews out of 57 at all, I think her people are really bad times. Big thank you Axelle for this exceptional property at a reasonable price.

Second stay and just as well received. Impeccable accommodation, very comfortable. Great for getting back from a stay at Disneyland before coming home! Very friendly hosts who respond quickly to questions.

Lovers of nature and outdoor activities, we had a great time at Sébastien's. The accommodation is located on the edge of the forest of Compiègne, many hiking and cycling trails are within walking distance. For history buffs, an ancient site is a 10-minute walk away. The house is very well equipped for small ones (baby toys, books, high chair,...) and for adults. If you want a nature and peaceful stay I highly recommend it.

Bruno’s place feels like a home away from home. He was very responsive and was there to check us in and show us around. Bruno’s place is spacious, well furnished and within walking distance of amenities I’d definitely recommend and would stay again

My stay at the house was very good overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the train, and you can reach the center of Paris in about 15 minutes, which was super convenient. The house itself was clean, well-kept, and cozy — it felt great to come back to after a day out in the city. There were just a few small things that could be improved. I missed having disposable slippers — I didn’t bring any with me due to limited luggage space, and ended up walking in socks, which got dirty pretty quickly on the floors. Also, it would’ve been nice to have some shampoo provided in the bathroom, as we had to go out and buy it ourselves. One thing I didn’t quite understand was the requirement to strip all the bed linens upon checkout, especially since I had already paid an extra €150 for cleaning. It felt a bit unnecessary. Still, these were very minor issues. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

in fact , we have nothing to say lol ..except that it was perfect, the accommodation is GREAT, cleanliness ++, beautiful SUPER nice garden, dishes accordingly, good bedding, charming and welcoming hosts as well as Maria who welcomed us. The neighborhood is very quiet and secure. the owners trusted us, we thank them.

We are going to Paris for my cousin's concert and very frankly Baboune's husband welcomed us very warmly, he offered us tea upon arrival, the accommodation was clean and the photos of the accommodation corresponded to the real accommodations!! Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. It is not easy to stay at 10 in Paris and its nearby suburbs, also, even if the house is quite far from the center of Paris, with the obligation to take tiring public transport, it was a beautiful address to remember that allowed us to rest in comfort. The garden with its fruit trees in bloom, filled with songs of charcoal t**s was widely appreciated. Thanks to Hamza!
